The 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms vacation rental completely remodeled features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, high speed internet, private pool, Smart TVs in each bedroom, and plenty of seating for relaxation between outings. Only a few miles away from Seminole Hard Rock Casino offers, less than 30 mins drive from Miami and only 18 mins away from Hollywood Beach.
The space
Nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, boasting a pool and all of the comforts of home, this remodeled house (1,215 sqft - 113 sqm) is the perfect family retreat for quality time together and easy access to the beach. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The unit has great potential but needs some TLC. The walls and baseboards need a cleaning. The beds need support they are very very soft. The backyard had a bunch of old metal chairs that were leaning on the house kinda rusty and broken. Two of the chaise lounges also needed repair. The master closet had home repair items in it that shld be stored somewhere else. The house advertises as pet free but the couch was covered in pet hair and the yard had several piles of dog poop. The owner was very responsive and I told him of some items at check in but it just felt like there was so much that could have been better. There was also an overwhelmingly smell of air freshener when entering the house. Please get rid of some of the plug ins. It has the potential to be amazing and is a good price but it does need some work.

The house was extremely HOT throughout our entire stay, the thermostat showed 80 to 83 Fahrenheit. 5 different people came to try and fix the AC but weren’t able to. Also the house is infested with all kind of bugs and spiders we saw them in the bathroom and even on our beds! (We have all the above documented with pictures)
