Unwind in the comfortable living room, or step outside to the porch and soak up the Florida sunshine. Stay connected with the free WiFi and smart TV, and rest easy with the air conditioning, heating, and plush linens. Whether you're exploring the nearby Port Everglades or simply seeking a relaxing getaway, this home provides the perfect base to experience the best of Fort Lauderdale.

This single-family home has been thoughtfully converted into two entirely separate units—so while you’ll have your own private space, you're not alone on the property.

Absolutely NO SMOKING—anywhere on the property. Not even “just one.” Violators will have their booking canceled without a refund.

No parties, no events, no gatherings. Not even small-ish ones. No exceptions. Reservations that break this rule will be canceled without refund.

One (1) parking space. That’s it. Just one. No extra cars, no squeezing in a second one “real quick.” All other vehicles will be towed (no do not ask the neighbors).

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM daily. So bring the vibes, not the volume.

Nice place!

Clean and nice, unsure of the neighborhood, everyone was nice but it also seemed a little sketchy. Beds needed support under the mattress- either plywood or box spring but other that that, everything was great!

Perfect place to rest

The room was very clean, neighborhood was quiet with easy access to all the Ft. Lauderdale neighborhoods and the property was within the bounds of the circuit rideshare ($4/ride anywhere in Ft. Lauderdale) which was a huge plus! Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Property was very nice for induviduals looking for quiet, peaceful spot for 1 or a couple. Property manager made sure everything was up to par. If there was a problem she took care of it right away. Definitely stay there again. Price was great.
