— Parking: The front of the house has a driveway with parking for 2 cars and a carport with parking for 2 cars .

Just bring your own food, and we’ll provide the rest:

— Kitchen to cook in and entertain and bring everyone together.

— Regular oven.

— Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, glasses, cups and more.

— Plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s in the family.

— Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family (the house sleeps 6 people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils).

— Coffee machine a kettle and toaster. Enjoy an early morning sunrise with fresh coffee or tea at the pool area.

— Full sized dishwasher, including dishwasher soap

— Includes a roll of paper towels, sponge and various other kitchen utensils.





LOCATION:

We’re actually surprisingly close to everything! We are easily accessible by Uber (takes about 5 minutes for an Uber to show up).

Just minutes to downtown, beaches, Las Olas, I-95, Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and shopping malls. Be sure to enjoy your day and night at the beaches and beachfront restaurants.

Experience hassle-free access with our keyless entrance system, and rest assured, we will provide you with the code to enter the house upon check-in.

***Dear guests as we mentioned our standarD check in time is by 5 pm, but in frame of seasonal time, it possible delay, due to housekeeping overload with cleaning

We understand that your plans might change, requiring a late check-out or even an extension of your stay. Please be advised that the late check-out is subject to availability, and provided with a fee of $100 for 12 PM or $130 for 2 PM checkout. *Please let us know in chat as soon as possible.
