*IMPORTANT: The driveway can hold up to 3 vehicles(depending on the size). Please understand the neighborhood does NOT allow street or yard parking or parking over the sidewalk. The guest will be responsible for any parking citations issued during their stay.
The entire house and backyard will be available for exclusive use.
The check-in time might be at 4 PM if guests are checking out the same day. In order to arrive at a clean and sanitized home we asked that you be understanding of this for your health and safety. You will receive advance notice if the regular check-in time has changed.
*IMPORTANT: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time out of respect for neighbors and other guests. No loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated. Guests will be responsible for any citations issued for noise complaints during their stay.

IMPORTANT: The pool is not suitable for unsupervised children, there is no lifeguard on duty. By accepting this booking, this is a liability waiver of accepting full responsibility.
IMPORTANT: Pool equipment can only be operated by the host. Guests are not allowed to operate it unless instructed to!
IMPORTANT: Pool towels are only allowed at the pool!!!
Booking: The guest must provide a copy of their ID to the host once booked to receive check-in information.
We as hosts, are not responsible for items left behind. Please be sure to check everywhere before you leave the home.
