If you are denied in this process, your reservation will not be honored and subsequently the reservation will be cancelled.

* Primary guest minimum age: The minimum rental age for the primary guest is 21.
* Security Deposit: Guest shall pay a security deposit of $200 (two hundred dollars) to cover any damages, excessive cleaning, or violation of House Rules or Terms and Conditions. We will process the refund to the original card, which may take up to 10 business days for the funds to be returned.
