5 Star Suites at Hilton property, in Fort Lauderdale, is a perfect location for your next beach vacation in South Florida.

Our accommodation offers an excellent balcony overlooking the Inter-coastal with the best Yachts. Short distance from the Fort Lauderdale beach, the shopping Gallery Mall, the Fort Lauderdale water taxi stop at the Apart Hotel, the pool in front of the complimentary hot and cold pool, Jacuzzi and gym.

Our Suite. Deluxe Suite has 1 King bed / 1 bath, fully furnished, completely renovated, sitting area, cable Smart TV 75" and sofa bed, dining table for 4, European style efficiency kitchen, marble countertop, refrigerator, 2 burner stove , microwave, dishwasher and cookware for light cooking.

Sweet dreams king bed sleep experience. The marble bathroom has a walk-in shower, rain shower head and toiletries.

Private balcony overlooking the inter-coastal with the departure of the yachts. Prime location in South Florida within Fort Lauderdale.

Beach chair and sun umbrella included exclusively in our suite

Amenities
Property include an on-site Starbucks, gym, laundry facilities, pool overlooking the famous intracoastal waterway, hot tub, on-site restaurant, lobby bar, and direct access to the Water Taxi, which provides transportation to areas like Las Olas. Blvd., Downtown, and many other local favorites.

Parking is valet only and $ 69 per day.
it is not necessary to have a car. Our building is one of the water taxi stops that you can use to get around Fort Lauderdale. We have a (free) Troller service very close from the hotel. Gallery Mall has many restaurants and stores. Also you have a Publix supermarket walking distance with everything you may need.

With the water taxi you can travel throughout Fort Lauderdale without traffic, seeing mansions and luxury yachts. It ‘s a beautiful experience. Best of all, you get off the water taxi and you're already at the hotel.

Great Location

Great location! Had a quick girls weekend and the location was perfect. You can walk almost everywhere and there are plenty of other transportation options. Restaurants nearby and a supermarket so you can stock up on groceries for breakfast and coffee. Jose was easy to work with and extremely responsive. The staff at the hotel were not all that kind. Many seemed put out when we asked for extra towels or inquired as to the services. I think that was because it is a condo/hotel. That was a little disappointing as I am not used to that at such a large chain. Despite that, I would stay here again. Jose was fantastic!

Yachts galore!

This property is in a great location! We could walk to the beach where there are many restaurants. There is also a state park within walking distance. The porch looks out to the draw bridge which was fun to watch it go up for yachts to pass through. Jose was very easy to communicate with and informative. I would recommend staying here!

Excellent Host!

Our stay was perfect. Jose was very informative and even saved us money with his recommendations. He was easy to contact and helped us especially when our flight got cancelled. The room was very clean and well appointed. The view was as advertised and the water taxi stop was right at our hotel. We will be back!

Nice Vacation Retreat

This hotel resort is right on the Intercoastal- nice view!! It offers full breakfast in the morning and lunch & dinner at the bar on the water. The pool is heated. Walking distance to many cafes & restaurants. Overall, a nice place to stay even though it was a little pricey.

Great Location

We stayed here before we went on a cruise from Port Everglades. Location is wonderful, close to beach, went on Water Taxi to see sights and restaurants, Publix close to buy groceries & drinks. Fun to watch the boats on the canal. Pool and Hot Tub available on site.

Holiday vacation

We visited Fort Lauderdale to view the winterfest parade, unfortunately the parade was canceled due to inclement weather. The location would have been good for watching the parade and we did enjoy watching some beautiful boats on the last day of our stay as the weather improved. Would stay here again.

Great location and view

The location was excellent- a block to the mall and 8 minute walk to the beach. We found an excellent place to eat and drink in the mall every evening. We did not have a car and felt lucky that my daughter picked us up every day and took us everywhere. The water taxi comes to the back of the property which was awesome. We enjoyed the property, had some difficulty with Wi-Fi and parking is too expensive which is why we didn’t have a car. All in all we were comfortable, it was clean and as advertised.

Anniversary Getaway

Communication with the owner was easy. Room was just as presented in the description. Bed was comfortable with plush linens. There is no ceiling fan in the bedroom, so if you are a person like me who needs circulation, I would suggest a small travel fan. We have never traveled to Ft Lauderdale and unfortunately we were unable to travel without our car but if you are flying in or perhaps after the train is running, this is a perfect place to stay with easy access to the water taxi that will get you to all your destinations. The balcony overlooks the inter coastal and it is fun to watch ships sailing past. Note that there is also a bridge that will open every 1/2 hour. I did not find the noise bothersome, but you should be aware in case you are sensitive to noises. I am a light sleeper, and it did not disturb me at all.

Quick Getaway in sunshine state

Place was great, had a ton of fun at this hotel bar. Awesome location, water taxi was very civilized. Unit was just as advertised, no problems and enjoyed every minute. The property owner was very accommodating.

Vacation and recovery

I came down to FLL for a week with my mom to escape the cold and recover from surgery. Jose was a great host - very accommodating and prompt communications. Condo was exactly what we were looking for, great view by the water with a balcony, close to transportation and nearby attractions and grocery store.

The owner was very communicative and the boat watching was great. 15 minute walk to the beach. Neighborhood was mixed - great restaurants away from the beach, but a lot of homelessness nearby as you walked closer to the beach. The nearby park was nice with a cool park restaurant. The road was very loud so consider earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. The unit was mostly clean but some stained items, used sponge, and toilet paper and paper towels not new. We could see the owner made a great effort. The canal side bar was nice, and a few weddings while we were there, which was also nice.

Central location

Excellent suite for short stay in Fort Lauderdale. Efficiency kitchen allowed for small meals. Location made for easy walking to several exceptional restaurants and beach. Boat watching at Gallery One was a great way to past the time while sitting in the sun.

Perfectly located with a spectacular view!

We loved our five night stay in this suite in Ft. Lauderdale. The owner was wonderful to communicate with. The unit is furnished beautifully and very clean. We walked 10 minutes to the beach, to the grocery store and to multiple restaurants. We rented bikes and kayaks and spent a day touring the city on the Water Taxi that stops just outside the property. The suite is in a hotel that has a pool, hot tub, full service restaurant and bars inside and outside. Enjoying coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening on the balcony while watching boats and yachts cruise by was a highlight of this suite.

Quick Pre-Holiday Trip

We decided on a quick trip before the madness this coming holiday and loved our selection. It was in a prime location to everything. Jose meet with us directly but he easily gave us options. Communication was easy and he responded fairly quickly if we had any questions. As for the suite it was perfect for two. Just enough space to up under or away from each other. We utilized the balcony to work or just have casual drinks watching the bridge. I had no complaints with the space at all. A water taxi is right in the back of the hotel, you can walk across the street to grab coffee from Starbuck’s or run to the Publix’s grocery store and next door is the mall and a few restaurants. Go over the bridge and walk a few blocks was access to the beach and more restaurants. We preferred to walk most of the trip. There really wasn’t a reason to drive unless you wanted go an extended distance which in that case we took an Uber. But you’ll find plenty of restaurants, bars and stores. By far this was one of our fav spots. Evelyn

Elegant Property

Great location at Fort Lauderdale, especially the view to the Marina and yachts passing by. The room its very elegant and also well equipped with two big TVs. The hotel has an excellent view from the outdoors bar, looking to a canal. Jose was super nice and accommodating, we will surely be visiting again. A recommendation. It is not necessary to have a car. They have the water taxi stop. Free trolley. very close to a large supermarket and many restaurants.
