Pop's Funeral

It was a beautiful condo, in a beautiful location. We were in town for a family funeral. So it served as a great meeting spot for our loved ones. We were able to take our granddaughter to the roof top pool, and enjoy happy hour reminiscing. The communication was not very good, but we made do, and it all worked out. We would definitely stay here again.!Thanks, Heather

We had a nice stay at the Costa VRBO. The room was exactly as it was in the picture. I

The room was exactly as it was in the picture. I would have liked more towels in the room as we were there for a week. There were no face towels. It would have been nice to have dishwasher tablets supplied by the owner. It said there would be a few cleaning supplies but there wasn’t. I had difficulty understanding how to operate the burners on the stove. Maybe directions ? Also extra blankets would be nice - everyone has different levels of comfort when sleeping so adding that would be great. We did have a nice time. The broad walk is right there with lots to do and you’re right there on the ocean. Parking attendants are quick to get your car!

Great location but sparse furnishings

This property definitely has its pros and cons. Some of the pros are: • Close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We utilized the valet parking ($35.00/day) and walked everywhere. • Loungers are provided on the beach (for an additional fee of $25.00/day). • Plenty of storage • Full kitchen, including stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and cook wear to make small meals. • Rooftop pool and bar. • Comfortable bed Unfortunately, there were also many cons. • There is a wine bottle opener, but no wine glasses, only 3 forks were provided and no sharp knives for cutting. • There were no hangers in the closet. We had to call the front desk to get them. • There are exactly 2 pictures on the wall, no other decorations. There is just nothing homey about it. • check in is at 4:00 but our unit was not ready until almost 5. • checkout is at 11:00 but we were visited by housekeeping at 9:30 asking us when we were leaving and then again at 10:00 by someone from the property mgmt group. All in all, our vacation was good, but because of all the cons, I just couldn’t give 5 starts all around. There are other apartments in the resort available through VRBO that were more nicely furnished and decorated. If I had not booked a last minute trip, I would have picked an other unit.

Pas de service ou de tournée d’accueil pour faire le tour

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Plusieurs échanges de messages résumant a que c’est les congés des fêtes , donc aucune personne pour venir vérifier le système. Je sais que c’est le congé des fêtes, nous avons payé le haut tarif pour la location. Incapable de partir le lave-vaisselle, soit qu’il était défectueux soit qu’on ne sait pas comment il fonctionne mais pas d’instruction sur place. La femme de menage se pointe a 10h le jour du départ alors que le checkout est a 11h. Elle cogne 3 fois a la porte entre 10h et 10h30 afin qu’on quitte. Sur l’annonce on oubli de nous dire qu’il y a un frais de resort et de parking/valet a payer sur place. Ce qui vient augmenter le coût par nuit de beaucoup. J’aurais aimé que quelqu’un vienne voir la climatisation au 1er jour. J’ai demandé un remboursement. On m’a offert de rembourser une nuit mais je ne l’ai pas reçu.
