Charming, stylishly decorated, three-bedroom in Old Town Fort Collins, perfect for a weekend getaway, family vacation or business travel. This hidden gem offers the perfect Fort Collins experience right outside your front door. From the newly renovated interior to the relaxing outdoor experience, the Grant Old Town Flat has it all!

There's plenty of room for everyone in this downstairs unit townhome with an open living area and a huge backyard with a BBQ grill and a large patio. Are you traveling with a large group or a wedding party? Send us a message to inquire about renting out the entire Flat offering 6 bedrooms!

Flat screen TV's in every room along with cozy beds prepared with high quality linens. Enjoy a king bed in the master room and queen beds in the two additional rooms.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything to make your favorite home cooked meals, just grab your groceries. Keurig is supplied with coffee for those early morning goers.

Traveling with children? We have board games, books, and a large backyard to explore. Moms will love the high chairs and pack-n-plays we have available upon request.

We spent two weeks visiting our adult kids who live in Fort Collins. Our 4 yr old and 8 yr old grandsons stayed with us. We appreciated the lower level (walk out) as kids do tend to run ;) The yard was also a bonus. Location was quick to Old Town, Lee Martinez Park and the Science and Discovery Center. Our host was responsive and this VBRO worked well for our extended stay.

We were in town to celebrate our son's CSU graduation. The place is in a good location a few blocks from town and close enough to campus. Clean, comfortable beds in a nice neighborhood. Nothing fancy-we didn't need that.

It was roomy, comfortable, and clean. The location was a perfect quiet neighborhood close to Old Town, Poudre path, and shopping (short drive or 20 minutes walk) Our only problem was that my elderly mother didn't shower because it didn't look like she could feel secure. It was a tub-shower with no grab bar and a slippery, curved base. A rubber shower mat would have helped.

This place reminded me of a college apartment. Furnishings were cheap. Yes, the apartment was clean, but the furniture was old and beat up and the carpet felt icky. The porch light was burned out and the bedroom light switch wasn't on great condition, which made it hard to turn on/off. Beds were on the softer side because they were so aged. In my case I like a softer bed, so that wasn't a negative but I don't see everyone liking them. You could hear the people upstairs, which was expected but nevertheless disappointing. The box fans that were provided helped drown out the noise from upstairs. The bikes that were advertised all had flat tires. This property is clearly managed by a group that's put the absolute minimum in to turn profit. The location is good, but don't expect a thoughtful, homey experience.

In town for our Dad's 85th birthday celebration - great place for 3 siblings and our spouses to stay together and enjoy company for a few days - walked to downtown and enjoyed the Corgi parade. Didn't get to ride the bikes - maybe next time! Perfect location.

Our stay revolved around checking my son into his dorm for his freshman year at CSU. The property was the perfect location. It was only a mile from campus. We were able to shop for all his supplies and even took a day trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. The bikes at the property were perfect to ride back and forth to campus. The property was well stocked with all the kitchen items we needed. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back!
