The room was decent. The beds were OK. They had no extra bedding when we had asked. They had no extra towels when we asked breakfast was not near enough items or variety of items and the people in general that flooded the place were rude

They label themselves a resort and charge a fee .. however the grounds and pools stay dirty.. the onsite restaurant is a disaster. Hour long waits for food with the place empty and they have the nerve to try and upsell as a timeshare .. they should be ashamed

The hotel want horrible. Check-in was at 4PM, but we weren't allowed to check-in until aroound 7PM because they had a Fire Marshall there that wouldn't allow them to check anyone in.
