I'm town for a graduation at Pacific University. The location was fantastic, the check-in process is a breeze, the description was good, and the unit was in decent shape. We have a couple of things to note. This is a small apartment. There is a fully stocked kitchen, but there is nowhere to sit and eat! The kitchen could easily accommodate a small table and chairs for 2 people, but there is nothing. Not even TV trays. And, even if there were TV trays to eat from, the actual couch (if you can call it that) is the hardest thing I have ever sat on. It's literally like sitting on plywood with about an inch of stuffing. That's it. The couch is also falling apart... The sides are separating from the back, so the whole thing is going to hurt someone. It's not even dorm-room quality furniture. We were also left with only about 6 tissues in the box, and about the same number of paper towels. There were no refills anywhere. We ran out of both the first night. Luckily, there was enough TP to last the 3 days :-)The biggest issue was just a general lack of cleanliness. It appeared clean when we arrived, but we quickly noticed dust on many surfaces (like all over the TV stand) and under the bed looked like a mother's nightmare...dust bunnies everwhere. There were also cobwebs and dead bug carcasses just under the bathroom cabinet, which means there was a happy little spider doing its thing under there. And the shower has a lot of mildew, so needs to be re-caulked.
