The fully equipped kitchen separates the bedrooms and includes modern appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It features custom cabinetry and elegant countertops, ideal for preparing meals and snacks.

Primary Bedroom: This extra-large room boasts ocean views, direct balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and double sinks.
Second Oceanfront Bedroom: Enjoy ocean views, balcony access, and a renovated en-suite bathroom with double sinks.
Additional Bedrooms: Two additional bedrooms, located near the entrance, each with ample space and their own fully renovated bathrooms for privacy and convenience.

Ideal location on the beach and walkable to the Main Street restaurants, bars and shops. Great ocean view and spacious balcony for large groups. Equipped with everything you need for a great stay!

This condo was beautiful - 4 bedrooms and bathrooms and a great view of the ocean, and could hear the tide come in at night. Beds were very comfortable.

We rented this condo for Thanksgiving and the kitchen made that feel just like home any pot, pan, dish, utensil we needed was there for us. Loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Balcony is huge with great chairs & table. Kitchen table is perfect for fun family meals or a spirited game of cards. Carts & elevator made loading in and out to the 4th floor a breeze. Highly recommended.

The view and location of this property was amazing! The price point, in my opinion, did not correlate with the quality of this property. The furniture was not great, the master shower drain was plugged and the water didn’t turn on initially, so we were without a master shower for 2 days. The washing machine was off balance and was terribly loud. The dryer took FOREVER to dry a load of laundry. Lastly, the property definitely needs to be deep cleaned and the walls could use some touch up paint. I’m would suggest either lowering the price or make sure the property is super clean before charging a premium price.

Came on a 40-somethings girls' trip, and it was the perfect condo! Two master bedrooms and main living room overlooking the ocean. Felt like we were on a cruise ship! Very comfortable slept 6 of us, and so nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Space to hang together and also have a little privacy. Great location to main strip in Folly Beach. Wonderful accomodations overall, and would definitely stay there again.

We loved this property! It had an absolutely amazing view from the balcony! It had plenty of room for 4 couples and was well appointed with most everything we needed. The unit was updated and clean. The condo complex is in a great location walkable to downtown Folly Beach, and the pier. We enjoyed Loggerhead's restaurant directly across the street many times because it was so convenient (the handbreaded cheese sticks are AMAZING). We would definitely stay here again.

This property has excellent beach views. We were all very happy with the views and sounds from the ocean day and night. Also on the positive side, the property has a contactless check in and checkout. We were able to just drive right to the property and get into the spacious 4 bedroom condo. A further positive is that the property was fairly well stocked with cooking items, pots, pans, utensils. It comes with a small supply of consumables, so be sure to read what they are including as that is exactly what we found upon arrival. We did see some areas in the property that needed repair but nothing that inhibited out use of the space. Also, we needed to do a quick clean of one of the showers as there was mold growth. Overall however, the property delivered on both views and exceptionally easy beach access, so great for our family and young one.
