Welcome to Changes in Latitudes on Folly Beach! This 3 bedroom/ 1 bath property is perfect for the family beach retreat or short weekend getaway. Only a short walk to the beach access and to Center Street to experience all that Folly Beach has to offer. The owners made this classic Folly cottage a quaint vacation destination. Must be 25 years old or older to rent.

Open floor plan includes living area with flat-screen TV and upgraded kitchen. Kitchen has updated appliances, granite counter-tops and is stocked with everything needed to cook and serve family meals.

The first two bedrooms include queen size beds, while the third bedroom includes a bunk-bed setup to allow the property to comfortably sleep 6 guests. The bathroom has a lovely tile walk-in shower and is located off the hall from the bedrooms.

A gas grill is provided for grilling out. Enjoy the yard and screened in porch space, or take a stroll into town to the shops, restaurants, and entertainment found on Center Street...Only 2.5 blocks away!!

Guest Review: Awesome beach condo
We loved our stay! It's super close to the beach (2min walk) to center street (5min walk) with several restaurants and right next door to Bert's market the local 24/7 grocery store that also sells delicious ice cream and other snacks. The description of the condo is 100% accurate and we loved the screened porch. The kitchen is well-stocked, we had plenty of fluffy towels and our stay was just perfect!

Home is strictly non-smoking and not pet friendly. Free WIFI and cable. No dishwasher or washer/dryer in property. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. Parking is shared with any guests staying in the downstairs portion of the duplex. Entry, screen porch, and all indoor areas are completely private. Please contact us with any questions. We hope to see you soon!

**HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes

Great spot, one block from the beach with a direct cut through. Place was clean and perfect for the price. If you want super fancy, this is not it. But, if you want clean, safe, quick walk to everything, this is a gem. Quite at night also. Would stay again for sure. Parking is very easy here also.

Very cozy for a family of 5 (all adults)

Great location, quick access to beach, Bert’s, Rita’s, 3 1/2 miles to lighthouse. The screened in porch was sweet, just needed more seating. Queen beds were very comfortable but the twins were not. Really need to put about four pavers down so we can get from the outside shower to upstairs without getting all dirty again. As is, need something to wipe feet off again before we step in the back bedroom. WiFi connection was inconsistent so we had to use a hotspot again. Could use several hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels, clothe… very little room to put bathroom essentials. Housekeeper did a fine job. We will be looking for a 4 br two bath place to stay next year. If you have something with great location like this property, please let me know.

The house was as advertised. Really close to the beach and walking distance to all the shopping. The beds are full size, which if your bigger then it will be rough. Open floor concept was good. Everthing was clean and neat. The porch was really nice.

40th birthday girls trip

This was the first vacation for any of us at Folly, and it was the perfect spot for our girls trip. Great location with a very short walk to the beach. Right next to Bert’s market, and less than 5 minute walk to other shops and restaurants. Only complaint was that with the lower ceilings, it was hard for anyone to get in the top bunk of the bunk beds. Other than that, we really loved it and will definitely book again in the future.

Girls trip

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was phenomenal for beach access as well as walking distance to all restaurants and bars. The place was clean and very cute. If we had any suggestions it would be to have at least one floor length mirror, and maybe some smaller mirrors in the bedrooms for getting ready. But overall this spot was great. We would stay again!

Highly recommended!

If you want to be close to everything this is the spot. Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants. We love Folly for its beach bum family friendly relaxing feel. The house was clean and perfect for our needs. It has a nice breezy porch to sit and people watch or play games. We loved it!

A quaint house with screened in porch and we just felt at home! Plenty room, very clean and location was ideal! I do think you need a new rug. It’s the first thing you see as you enter the house. The outside is bright and welcoming so get yourself a bright colored rug😀

Great location and lots of space

The place was even nicer than the pictures in the listing. Plenty of towels and toiletries which was a pleasant surprise. Walking distance from the beach, Bert’s Mart (open 24/7), and a ton of restaurants/coffeeshops/giftshops. 10/10 would stay here again.

Cute summer house

Great location could not ask for a better or more convenient location. The fishing pier is nice. The pier hours are sunrise to sunset only. . Great little shops and restaurants friendly community. Bert's market is a must visit . 1.Unit smelled musty/moldy when running AC .had to turn off.2.The hot water doesn't get really hot. 3.The bedroom off kitchen does not have a true door it's a closet folding door.4.Unit really needs to have hooks and areas for towels and clothes to be stored.

Folly Beach was amazing

The location of this property was perfect. 1 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Very short walk to restaurants and shops on the Main Street. Coffee on the screened in porch every morning was very relaxing. Property manager was very responsive and helpful as well. The sunsets and sunrises are breathtaking. Shower drain was slow draining but overall a great property to stay at!

Close to downtown Folly Beach and pier.Management was responsive to issues(coded door lock ran out of battery) fixed promptly. Could use a dehumidifier as the place smells moldy and my clothes were damp by the time we left. Beds were super comfy.could use some task lighting and ice trays.People in Folly very warm and welcoming

We loved the location. An outdoor shower would have been nice. Try not to cover up the outlets in the bedroom. Dining table area very dark. We had a great time due to close proximity to everything.
