The kitchen was fully equipped. The host was outstanding, helpful, and even checked with us physically when we encountered a problem with city heavy equipment working on the driveway. This was a one-time event. The upside was meeting the host personally and being able to be in contact with her by phone. The chiminea had a supply of sticks to burn too.

This was our second girls escape to Lil Pearl and it was great! Everything you need is within walking distance. House is clean, stocked with everything you need and the beds are super comfortable.

The location of the Lil Pearl is excellent. It's an easy walk to Center Street and the beach. But the immediate area is quiet. The house is very cozy and cute and most importantly, clean. The little extras such as snacks and toiletries as well as plenty of towels were an added bonus. We had a great time and a relaxing vacation!

I booked the Lil Pearl with my sister & Mother for a girl's only weekend to celebrate my Mother's 85th birthday. The home is located in a perfect, quiet neighborhood with only a short walk to the beach or downtown. The home was very clean & exactly as pictured. We all enjoyed the comfortable, welcoming charm of the house & were very impressed with all the little touches put into making sure we had everything we needed to feel at home from a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels & linens, comfortable furniture and even a basket of assorted snacks & treats. Since the home has a smaller bathroom, it was nice to have a good amount of vanity space in each bedroom available to get ready each day & the outdoor shower came in handy after a long afternoon at the beach.Our host Teresa was AMAZING! She was quick to respond to a question I texted her on a Saturday afternoon regarding beach access & even went above & beyond to meet our needs. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect spot to enjoy a long or short stay at Folly! We are already making plans for our next stay

The cute little cottage was perfect for our short stay at Folly Beach. We came for the 4th of July fireworks -that were cancelled - but enjoyed our stay nevertheless. Cottage is as described online. Beds were comfortable and we had everything that we needed.

Cozy and Perfect Location

We loved our stay! Location wise we were far enough for some peace and quiet but within walking distance of everything. My daughter loved the outside shower and all the little touches that made this stay so special.

Perfect place - Close to beach and town

We had a lovely stay. We were able to walk almost everywhere. Beach was only a few blocks away and easy travel. Neighborhood was quiet and quaint. The house was fully stocked which made it easy for me to grab a cup of coffee that first morning. Teresa was very responsive and ensured that our arrival was welcoming and departure easy.

Wonderful Host!

Had the Lil Pearl booked for a weekend however a last minute foot injury kept us from actually taking our trip! The property manager was great in communicating with me and even though we actually didn’t get to stay on the property, I would book again since Teresa was so great to deal with!

Folly Beach Stay

A great little beach house

The Lil' Pearl was a sweet little beach house and was fully equipped with anything we might need. We were able to walk to the beach and to the downtown area to find places to eat. My husband and I enjoyed our get-away.

First trip to Folly

just the two of us. A little smaller than expected but ended up being the right size for us. Close enough to town but also far enough to have quiet and minimal traffic.

It was Ok

The location was good. The house seemed like it was in disrepair in some places, including the deck leading up to the entry door. The A/C was subpar; seemed to take long to cool house. Bought a box fan to remedy the issue. Note: there's no dishwasher. Overall, we had a good time.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Very comfortable stay. Short walk to the beach. Love, love, loved the porch!!! Well appointed kitchen so we slept in and prepared our own breakfast each morning. Very restful stay. Close to everything!!! We will stay again.
