Inside the home, you will enjoy taking in an ocean view from the 2nd floor living area. This floor features an open floor plan including a fully equipped custom kitchen, dining area and living room. All small and large modern appliances are provided, including a gas stove, dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, and blender, just to name a few. You and your family/friends can enjoy impressive views during meals and while hanging outside on the front deck and back screened-in porch. In addition to the screened in porch, you also have an open air deck where you have the opportunity to fish from during high tide.

All three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are conveniently located on the lower level. The primary suite features a king bed and access to a screened porch where you may utilize the porch swing to take in the panoramic views of the marsh. The master bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and a duel sink vanity. The first guest room also features a spacious king size bed with a plentiful closet space. The second guest bedroom is made up of a twin bunkbed. Both guest bedrooms share the second full bathroom in the hallway which is equipped with a bathtub, shower and single vanity.
