Small independent building in the Senzuno district, a stone's throw from the sea.
In the surrounding area you will find everything you need to make your stay even more pleasant: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies are easily accessible. The sea can be reached by walking along the alley (limited traffic area), about 30 metres. Here you will find both free and equipped beaches. The center can be reached by walking along the seafront for about 300 metres.
Levante is a delightful apartment located a few steps from the sea and the city center, offering a fantastic experience between relaxation and fun. Fully air conditioned, it has a large living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms, each with an extra single bed and a bathroom with shower.
What makes this apartment truly special is its large exclusive terrace which will allow you to enjoy your meals outdoors. Here you will also find a brick barbecue, perfect for organizing barbecues with family and friends.
In this apartment you will have everything you need to experience a splendid holiday by the sea.
Linen is not included, only on specific request. The apartment is suitable for families, not for groups of young people.

Convenient car parks behind the beach offer access to a monitored and free stretch of sea, offering various options for spending a day in the sun.
4. Carbonifera beach: 5 km from the center of Follonica, Carbonifera beach will enchant you with its nineteenth-century tower and the surrounding coastal landscape. You can reach it via a short walk from a large equipped car park. Light sandy beach, coastal dunes shaded by pine trees, and shallow seabed make it ideal for families and nature lovers.
5. Castiglione della Pescaia: explore the picturesque seaside village of Castiglione della Pescaia, which stands on a promontory on the Maremma coast.
