Impressive lobby and pool area. The ocean/beach area is run down and could be nice if they would rake it and spend an hour a day working on cleaning up the sand. SMH, The host does not take AMEX. We had 12 days in PR, no issues but this one Host. I hope things turn around for them and wish them luck in the future. Glad we didn't stay.
