A spacious and modern apartment of approximately 90 square meters, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people, located on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator (NOT accessible to people with disabilities; there are a few steps to reach it; the elevator goes up to the 5th floor; from there, there is a flight of stairs). The property is located in the heart of Florence (ZTL), just 50 meters from the Ponte Vecchio and a few minutes’ walk from the majestic Boboli Gardens.
The apartment consists of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, a terrace, and two bathrooms.

The interior layout is as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, flat-screen smart TV, dining table, and access to the TERRACE;

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
