Lovely apartment on the first floor of a historic building in a great location, a few steps from the railway station of Santa Maria Novella and very close to the Duomo of Florence. From the apartment you can walk to all the most interesting places.

For those traveling by car, you can take advantage of the convenient and very close public paid parking located below the station.

The apartment has one double bed and double sofabed.

The property does not have a reception. No staff will be present at your arrival and therefore you will have access through the self check-in and the codes on the keypad.

You will receive the link to complete it five days before your arrival and it will need to be completed to access the apartment.

Great place in a perfect location!

My wife and I were in town for a wedding. This apartment was perfect for the two of us and was in an amazing location. Close walking distance to many of the key sites. Right next to the tram for connection to/from the Florence airport and also right next to the Santa Maria rail station for easy connection to the rest of Italy. Amazing coffee and croissants right next door (in both directions!) Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. For anything else needed for our stay, there is a super market one street over. Property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with via email or WhatsApp. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location

Walking distance to many important places and taxis easy to get. Coffee and croissants right next door. Bullet train one block away. The apartment isn’t really decorated much but it has everything you need including a washing machine. Lots of space and very comfortable. We loved it.

A good place to stay

This property is small, but also a good price, so turned out to be a good value. It's at a great location, just a short walk to the train station, and walking distance from the Duomo, as well as good restaurants. It was very quiet at night. Also, the owners were very responsive, and helpful. I would consider it again.

Perfectly adequate

Property is very well located convenient to central Florence. Has a good array of amenities including a nice shower, usable kitchen and washer and dryer (although dryer does not fully dry the clothes, need to use drying rack). Missing some basic stuff. No bowls. Has futon in dining area that was very dirty. Hard to find address as it sits across from the square its listed on wedged between two stores. All and all it was fine and no major issues.

Convient to Santa Maria Novella station!

Clean and tidy apartment just steps from the train station. Appreciated the ability to use door codes and key boxes so we could be flexible about when to check in. The couch had some staining, but apartment was perfect for our needs. With an early flight out to return home it was super easy to get to the airport.

This is a great location - walking distance to everything.

We found the location of this apartment to be perfect for what we wanted to see and do. I specifically booked this because of the washer and dryer because we were on a 3-week trip with only carry-on luggage. The washer works fine but I think there's something wrong with the dryer. It never did dry our clothes. Also, I have no idea when the last time the floors were cleaned. They are filthy and seriously need some attention. As an American I found the workings quirky but I guess that's Europe.

I would suggest the owner not say “first floor” when it is really up two staircases. Couch needs to be cleaned. Appreciate the explicit instructions for check in and out. Perfect location.

DO NOT STAY HERE. STOLEN EUROS FROM ROOM.

Street door is keypad entry. Unit door with five deadbolts locked before heading out. No door damage and someone entered the location and stole almost €1,000. Obviously the cleaner with keys, a prior renter with keys, the owner with keys, etc. used them to get in to steal the Euros. I would not even recommend this property to my worst enemy. Sad too because it had a good location. Ciao

Eleven days in Firenza

My husband and planned a month in Italy and eleven of those days were at this property. The location was perfect. Steps from the SM Novella train station and all the locations in Firenza. The host was helpful when we had difficulty locating the property at first. The apartment is very clean, is soundproofed, air conditioning as needed, and a washer and drier which we were successful translating. We would certainly recommend and stay here again.
