Luxury Living - Everything You Need for the Perfect Vacation!

Arizona living at its best! A two story home on large lot in Parkside at Anthem . The home has three bedrooms plus an office in a loft space. The loft includes an Xbox gaming set up and pull out couch (which can serve as another bed!). The master suite has a queen bed, walk in closet, bathroom with a shower and tub. The second bedroom has another queen bed and the third bedroom has a double over double bunk bed! These rooms share another spacious bathroom equipped with a shower and tub.

The open floor plan is perfect for gathering with friends and family. The kitchen features all the amenities you could need (oven, fridge, coffee maker, blender, and more!) and it is fully stocked for your cooking needs. There is a large living room with a 75" smart TV. The room is open, airy and bright.

The backyard is spacious and equipped with a couple of comfortable chairs ready for relaxation.

Spectacular location: Just 2 minutes from Poston Butte Golf Course (Troon), two minutes away from the shopping area, and two minutes away from the community club!

*** For our guests planning a longer visit, access to the community amenities can be granted for a small fee. Requires a minimum stay of 30 days. This includes use of the 43,000 sqft club house, gym, tennis courts, pickleball courts, pools, catch & release trout pond, seasonal waterpark, playgrounds, and dog parks. To be clear, this is the communal pool. There is no pool on the property.

Great Location & Value

I loved this location. Spacious home in great neighborhood. Plenty of walking paths for the dog. Close to grocery store, restaurants and other amenities. The home was well stocked and things were clearly marked. There aren't a lot of accommodation options around Florence and this was so much more affordable and comfortable than the nearby hotels. This is now my first choice for future trips to the area.

Short stay

Good location. Easy walk to the Community Center and adjoining park area. The house accommodated the family well, with room to not feel crowded. The backyard had ample furniture for outdoor gatherings. Gabe was a excellent host. He responded quickly when needed.

Perfect!

We were here 3 weeks, which is long enough to get to know the property. We were 100% pleased with our stay. The house is very nice, as was the neighborhood. Lots of great walking, everything you need is nearby and an easy 45 minute drive to the metro area. Quiet, clean and everything you need. Gabe, our host, was in communication via email to make sure all was good, bbut was never intrusive. Highly recommended!

Escape Wisconsin Winter

We enjoyed our stay. Gabe was wonderful to communicate with. He responded immediately to the one faucet issue we had. Beds were super comfortable and the fenced in yard for the dogs could not have been better. The added benefit of an amazing community center is a big added bonus. Unfortunately the gorgeous pool is not heated in January so be aware.

Wonderful Home

We just move to AZ from Washington and this home was perfect while we are house hunting! Gabriel did a great job communicating with us and the home was the right size with the right amount of necessities allowing us to leave most of our stuff packed in storage. Great location near Safeway and restaurants, would definitely recommend!

Loved our stay!

We stayed here for 2 months relocating to Arizona and had a great time. The house was beautiful and clean, the neighbors were very friendly, the neighborhood was quiet and safe and the community was adjacent to a shopping center with a Safeway and Starbucks. The San Tan Valley and Queen Creek were a short trip just off Hunt Highway for our major shopping and entertainment needs. This developed community has a huge recreation center with all kinds of amenities within it and the pools right around the corner from the vacation rental which is very convenient. Our host Gabriel was accommodating and helpful and if i needed anything he always responded promptly.
