Què no li ha agradat: Neteja
We had been on the road for more than 10 hours and couldn’t wait to finally rest, but instead we walked into a horribly dirty room. The carpet was full of stains, the kitchen was filthy, and shockingly there were shoe marks on the ceiling. The bathroom was even worse: feces smeared on the wall next to the toilet (photos attached), mold and grime in the corners, rust and stains on fixtures, and a constant sewer smell coming from the bathroom, which has no door—only an open arch—so the stench filled the entire room. On top of that, the sink was clogged and water would not drain.
To make matters worse, the air conditioner was as loud as a tractor, making it nearly impossible to sleep.
The only positive aspects were the friendly service at the front desk and the decent breakfast, but unfortunately these cannot outweigh the disgusting and unacceptable condition of the room.
This was a truly disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
