The apartment consists of a large living area with a double sofa bed and smartTV. The kitchen is fully equipped, with four bathrooms, one of which has a steam room, ideal for relaxing after a long day spent exploring the beauty of Florence. Air conditioning and ultra-fast internet add extra comfort



Guest Access:

At Florence Charming Apartments, we are always available to offer you all the support and assistance you need, although you can access the apartment completely independently thanks to our self check-in system, which also includes self-registration of identity documents.



Inside the apartment, you will find every comfort and modern technology.



Other Things to Note:

You will access the apartment via self check-in, so from 3 p.m. onwards you can freely enter your Florence Charming Apartment by following the information you will receive via email once the procedure is complete.

Our office guarantees a prompt response via email, chat and telephone from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Sunday. Outside these hours, we only respond to emergencies via telephone or chat.



During check-in, we'll ask you to register each guest's ID who will stay in the apartment. That data, once registered online, is encrypted and transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by current law.
