The apartment has all you need for a great stay and is very centrally located to see all the sites. It is very clean and spacious. The lift is very helpful to carry you luggage in and out also. There are great restaurants and cafes within a couple of minutes which is a great bonus!

The location was excellent. apartment was clean. The lock to the door was faulty and it was difficult opening it back. The beds were metal ones and poor quality. The queen bed was actually 2 metal beds combined together which was portrayed differently in photos

We were able to get early access which was so helpful. Good communication from staff. Big clean unit with nice layout for bedrooms and bathrooms. Appreciated the dish and body soap, would have helped to have laundry soap too. Monday workers were doing construction early. Perfect location for all the important sites.

everything was perfect near train and walkable to all attractions . very clean apartment the washer was great as we were traveling for weeks . supermarket was 2 blocks away safe area near restaurants bars . You will be happy with this choice

Check in was easy- met right at the location on time. Location was great and close to walkable. size of apt was great - ac’s worked well, beds were comfy. 2 bathrooms good size. Living to couch could use an update though not the most comfy but overall would stay again

Check in process was easy, just had to wait about 15 mins for their arrival. We did run into a couple maintenance issues that once the host was notified they were either fixed or attempted to be fixed within a couple hours. I am sure if the host had know previously about the issues they would have been fixed prior to our arrival. There needs to be comfortable seating enough for the sleeping positions as the couch seats 3 max, also would be nice to have an ottoman to place your feet. Wifi worked great, AC was very cold, larger type fridge, 1st floor with a lift. There was heavy construction above the flat that ran well past 10pm nightly during our stay but not the fault of our host as they dont own the property above them. We would stay here again for sure. The train station is only about a 10 or so min walk away. Eat at Buca Mario around the corner with a reservation.

Great apartment in a superb location

We had a great stay at the Federighi apartment. It is in a great location close to the train station & historic landamark of Florence but on a fairly quiet street. The apartment was nicely decorated with comfortable rooms. My only suggestion is to have paper towel, cling wrap & aluminium foil in th kitchen.

Great overall stay

The property was beautiful and clean however it’s was listed as a three bedrooms but it is actually two bedrooms with a living room that is converted to a third bedroom with limited privacy. The apartments location during the day is spectacular but as soon as it got dark, there were people hanging around the building entrance that made it feel unsafe. The apartment appears to be corporate owned, so it does not come with any extras. We travel with an 82-year-old who needed a warm blanket and we were not able to and upon requesting one we were told that it was they would be delivering one and they did not.

Fun in Florence

We spent two nights and two and a half days in Florence. The apartment was in a very good spot, convenient to everything and well equipped. My only complaint was with the lack of decent bed pillows! I would recommend and stay here again.

Almost great

The place was very nice. However the sofa was broken, so you can only use one side and there were not enough pillows, nor adequate number of pillows. It made sleeping less comfortable. On the whole, it was a nice place but those things made it less great.
