Ubicación ideal, cerca de Duomo, restaurantes, tiendas y mini market, fuimos en viaje familiar, 4 personas y estuvimos muy cómodos. Si regresamos a Florencia quisiéramos hospedarnos en este lugar nuevamente

We had a lovely time staying in this apartment. It was nice, cozy, and conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions, which made exploring the area very easy and enjoyable.One morning, we did wake up to find there was no water, but this turned out to be a city-wide issue and it was resolved by the evening.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to others.

Our host was very accommodating. Prompt to meet us. Great directions. The unit was clean and in a great location. We had a couple of questions that she answered promptly. She helped us with suggestions for places to dine out. We had a lovely time and will definitely come back! Highly recommended.

Charming and conveniently located near the Duomo, the Uffizi, and all the main sights. Silvia is delightful and super communicative, and she gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations that made our stay even better. The only word of warning is that it is not accessible—which could be said of many old European buildings—so be prepared to climb roughly four flights of medieval-era stairs. It was all part of the experience for us, but if stairs are a problem, this may not be the right fit. Otherwise, highly recommend this place for your Florence experience.

It was close to all the main attractions. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of space in the rooms except for a fairly tight kitchen. The only negative was having to go up and down 53 steps to get in and out. Often the light was off and Could not be turned on from the main floor so I lite the way with my phone light.

We had an outstanding stay in Florence, and Silvia was truly the best host we could have asked for. From start to finish, her communication was excellent—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and that we had everything we needed for a great stay.The apartment itself was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was absolutely perfect. It was so central that we were able to reach all the major attractions within a 10–15 minute walk, which made exploring the city with our family incredibly easy and enjoyable.Overall, this was one of our best stays. I would highly recommend Silvia’s place to anyone visiting Florence, and we would gladly stay here again without hesitation.

Great apartment! The 4 of us stayed there 2 nights and loved it. Silvia was there to welcome us and was made sure everything was ready for our arrival. Highly recommended spot!

Lovely apartment close to the best of Florence

Silvia was the most gracious host and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment and furnishings are very nice and the bed is so cozy. The Duomo, shopping and restaurants are all a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Wonderful location in Florence!

Our family very much enjoyed our stay here. Our host was extremely accommodating and responsive. It was a great location close to the Duomo. It was just the right size for a family of four. The kids slept on the pullout couch, my husband and I in the bedroom. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Florence.

Great location and delightful host!

We had such a lovely stay at Sylvia’s place. The place was just as described and so comfortable for the four of us. Sylvia’s local tips were amazing and the check in and out were easy. Sylvia was a great communicator and was available to assist with additional questions or concerns. Would absolutely recommend staying here, thanks Sylvia!

Fabulous Florence

Sylvia is just the best host, she totally looked after us. The apartment is great, very central and very close to the Duomo (Cathederal) and you are able to walk to all the sights. Close to the station too. Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely Stay!

This is a sweet apartment in a quiet neighborhood, but a short walk to the city center. Silvia kindly accommodated our request to store our bags prior to the official check in time. Would recommend!

Florence honeymoon stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at Silvia's apartment. It was clean, airy, and centrally located to many of Florences wonders, including looking at the Duomo from the window. The street was quiet at night, which made keeping the windows open even more lovely. There are a lot of delicious places to walk to, including a great spot at the end of the block for breakfast. Silvia was very helpful and gracious host.

Florence Apartment, Great location

The apartment was centrally located with easy access to all attractions. Was out of the busy, busy area which was great to get away from the crowded tourist areas. Sylvia was a great host, always available to answer any questions and offer advice on what to do in the area. If you dont want to do stairs everyday to get to your apartment, this may not be for you.

Florence Stay 9/19-9/25/23

This was our first time in Italy and we loved Florence and this apartment. It was hard to leave. The location was fabulous - right near the Duomo but on a quiet side street. Silvia was a wonderful host. She was there when we arrived and gave us wonderful dinner recommendations. We were minutes away from the Uffizi and Academia. We have a wonderful time and can't wait to return to Florence and this apartment.
