This stunning, spacious, and modern loft with an elevator is located just two minutes from the Duomo and features an amazing terrace with breathtaking city views.

Completely renovated and tastefully decorated with attention to detail, this charming apartment is situated on the second floor of a prestigious Florentine building in the exclusive luxury district. It can accommodates comfortably up to 4 adults and 2 children with its two bedrooms, each equipped with a double size bed (please note that the upstairs bedroom has a low ceiling).

The entrance opens to a bright living room with a dining table, a double sofa bed, and a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine. The spacious outdoor living area offers a spectacular terrace making it the perfect spot for enjoying an aperitivo, dinner in the evening, breakfast in the morning, or simply relaxing and taking in the beauty of Florence's rooftops and monuments.

Each bedroom is stylishly decorated and filled with natural light thanks to large windows. The apartment also features independent air-conditioning in each room and double-glazed windows for noise reduction and temperature control. There are two full bathrooms with showers, making this the perfect holiday rental in Florence.

The building is equipped with a centralized eco-friendly air conditioning system, ensuring that the room temperature remains between 22 and 23 degrees.

Not as advertised

A/c was not working in apartment. Obviously aware because they left a portable ac in the living room. Wich only cooled that room. Couldn't get the bedrooms below 26.5 degrees (79 degrees). Had to sleep somewhere else the one night because it was too uncomfortable. No response from host when i reached out to them. Other than the heat the apartment would have been acceptable. Good location. Just dont stay there in July or August.

Charming apartment with rooftop terrace

This apartment is perfect for a small group visiting Florence. Across from the Medici chapel, it’s in a vibrant neighborhood with excellent restaurants, easy access to the train station and the San Lorenzo Mercato. The apartment is small but well maintained with all the amenities you’ll need. The check in process was easy. The management company was wonderful, easy to contact and very helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great location, nice rooftop patio.

Close to the train station and major attractions. Was perfect size for our party of 3 (1 bedroom, 1 loft, 2 bathrooms). That said we were quite disappointed that the washing machine listed was broken (apparently for some time). Greeting agent was surprised that we hadn’t been advised prior. Main bathroom ceiling fan vent was caked with dirt and hair dryer didn’t have a European adapter and didn’t work when we used one of our own adapters.Soap dispenser plungers in main bath and kitchen both broken.

Not as described

This property has very few positives. Pros - Location Cons - The property says it is 2 bedroom and in the description says 3 bedrooms. It is a 1 bedroom. It has a platform above the kitchen that is a little less than 5 feet tall that they are calling a bedroom. It is fully open. My daughter that stayed in the platform is 5’10”. The property listed a washing machine when I booked. That has since been removed, but it still says washing machine in the description. The washing machine is there but has not been working for some time as it has a sign on top that was once white and red and is now yellowed from time. The property says it has air conditioning. It does have air conditioning units but those do not work. The room never got below 28 C. They know it doesn’t work because the place has 6 fans and a portable air conditioner that is useless because it doesn’t have the exhaust duct. The most inexcusable was the lack of a wine corkscrew.. We are in Italy! Who is not having wine?

No air conditioning and no response from boat, my family and friends and I all became sick from the heat exhaustion, this is dangerous in July and August. The unit was almost 30 Celsius inside!! No response from the host. If give it 0 stars if possible due to this. If the AC worked this would be 5 star. Also no washer dryer working either.

It is a great place in a fantastic location. Emi who checked us in was wonderful!! It was our second time staying there. It was hot with the AC not working but we used the fans. We stayed busy and loved our time in Florence!

Location was great ! The air conditioner was out and it was unbearably hot. The washing machine was out of order( one of the main reasons we chose) they informed of these issues the day we checked in after having booked many months in advance . The out door area was filthy and needed to be hosed down and the cushions were too dirty to sit on. I asked if they could send someone to clean it and they wanted me to send pictures like they didn’t believe me and I had nothing better to do in Florence than complain . We left after 3 of our 5 nights we had booked . The couch and kitchen stools are old stained sand should be replaced and there were ants in the apartment . I know I didn’t book a 5 star accommodation but it was very disappointing

Lovely place in a great location

The apartment was clean and lovely. The best part is the outdoor space. Second bedroom is a loft with a low ceiling but the bed was comfortable and worked well for our group. The air conditioning did not seem to work. The only downfall was that the overall communication with “SWEETSTAY” was poor. The fellow who met us to check in was great but leading up the trip and while we were there, response time was less than ideal.

When we checked in, the apartment had not been cleaned yet and smelled like the garbage that had been left behind by the previous renters. Housekeeping arrived shortly after and needed another 2-2.5 hours to clean the unit. It was obvious that the comforter is rarely washed as it was filthy. We pulled some blankets out of the closet to see if they were any cleaner and a cork fell out of them. The couch was so dirty we didn’t dare sit on it. And yes, the washing machine is still broken and has been for quite some time despite the listing advertising one. The location doesn’t get any better, but for what we paid for this apartment I expected more professionalism and honesty.

Beautiful Location

We had a wonderful stay, clean, comfortable- and a can’t beat location. The only thing that I would change is the stools in the kitchen, they lower by themselves constantly. All in all we were very pleased with our stay.

Do Not Stay Here!

The property listing said 2 BR, AC, and washing machine! It is a one bedroom with small loft. You cannot stand up in the loft and the mattress is on the floor. We were told at check-in that the washing machine did work - even though there was a sign that said it didn’t. We started a load and it flooded the apt. The property manager never responded about the flooding. Had to use our only towels to mop up water. And our clothes were stuck in the machine. The apt was hot and were told at check in they would have someone come check on it. The guy that came two days later to get our clothes out of the washer said the AC in the building had not been turned on for the season and there was nothing we could do. Also no microwave. The property was not as advertised. The only thing good about apt was location and the outdoor space.

Great place

The place is great, good location. Very clean. Only downside is the main bathroom is quite tight. (I think the listing said 4 bathrooms?) there are only 2 (which I knew, so not sure if the listing recently changed?), laundry was not working and the listing company was not communicative at all. I actually called Vrbo because I thought we were getting scammed. Didn’t get check in info until a few hours before we checked in. I did owe them a payment (my credit card # changed), but that was not communicated at all either until after I was in contact with Vrbo. In the end it worked out, patio was great, place nice, actual check in guy was very nice, but it was concerning not having a response from rental company for 24 hours.

Apartment was in the center of Florence

This property was neat, clean, within walking distance of tons of shops, restaurants, bars and attractions, including The Duomo and the statue of David museum. The veranda is huge, on the third level of the building well above the crowds on street level - a perfect place to relax after exploring he beautiful city.

Florence stay

My husband and I stayed in Florence during our tour of Italy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and suited our needs. The location is ideal - especially close to the train station and in the heart of the city. We enjoyed the rooftop deck. As others mentioned, it does get loud but we expected this and were fine with the street noise. It didn't bother our sleep. Our only recommendation would be to improve the air conditioning. It was hot when we stayed in September. Overall, I would recommend this property.
