This charming condo is close to the Siuslaw River and just a few miles from lots of public river and ocean beaches! Inside, the home is furnished with beautiful burnished floors, beachy décor, and comfy furniture. The full kitchen has all the appliances, storage, and counter space you need to cook up a wonderful meal, and you can enjoy your creation at the dining table with seating for three. Remote workers and students can take advantage of the bedroom work desk and chair to take care of their projects, and the free WiFi will make it easy to do a little online research. Reward your hard work with a favorite Netflix movie.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Comfortable Place

Unable to enter the property, due to "worn out"key. Had to call VRBO many times, got shuffled back and forth. We were in town in plenty of time but because of inability in get in or out of rental missed a get together and dinner. Finally someone arrived to give us a working key at 8PM, check-in was 4PM. The gentleman that "fixed" the key issue lived in Florence! VRBO totally dropped the ballon this one!

Fun little stop on country-wide road trip

We stayed in Florence for several days on our road trip from Mexico to Canada and enjoyed the rental unit for a much needed break from the road. Great stay with very communicative property managers and easy check in/check out process. Fully recommended

Dingy building, thin walls, no heat in living room

The building is old and dingy- outside food is beat up and I never felt comfortable there. Customer service was excellent, although the few times I called to ask a few questions, I was talking to people in Florida

looks cute in pictures but...

this is a bottom floor apartment with a loud upstairs neighbor. It smelled like dog and dog food. We had to go out and buy a candle just to cover the smell. Things were tattered and not clean. It looks bright and cheery in the photo but definitely does not translate IRL.

Basic at best

This was an older apartment building and this unit had been turned into a short term rental. They did the best they could with the space, but it definitely isn't worth the charged rate. There were two cars with homeless people in them out side the entrance which did not have a gate. It was within walking distance of old town, but that was the only positive. We booked rather late so didn't expect much as the upper scale units were already rented. It was what we expected, but not what we are used to in our vacation rentals.

Nice

The place was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. We did run out of toilet paper but we’re able to pick one up some at the nearby store. We enjoyed the stay!
