This historic bungalow has 2 separate units, one downstairs and one upstairs. The downstairs "Pineapple House" includes the large backyard & front porch. You can check its availability on our other listing to reserve both separately. THIS LISTING IS FOR THE UPSTAIRS APARTMENT only.

CHECK IN: Private entrance is through a side door on the home. Guests may check in at their convenience anytime after 3pm with a personalized code.

While there is soundproofing between the upstairs and downstairs, please don't be surprised if you occasionally hear downstairs guests or see them on the porch, the back yard, or the driveway. MONTHLY RATES: If you're interested in renting the Pineapple Suite for over 1 month, we have a long term rental agreement and required monthly cleanings.
