This modern and stylish apartment is located in a very quiet but central street just 5 minutes’ walk from the main train station Santa Maria Novella. This is a great location for everyone who would like to enjoy staying in the city center yet enjoy the quiet atmosphere of an inner courtyard. All the attractions of the city are 10 to 15 minutes away. You are very close to one of the main streets Via Nazionale full of cafés, shops and the city’s main food market Mercato Centrale is steps away.

Illuminated with generous natural light and furnished in a bright and pleasant color palette, this 3-bedroom holiday rental is located on the second floor of a traditional Florentine building in Via della Fortezza.

Redecorated and fully renovated in 2017, every room has been decorated combining practical and modern taste.

Entering the apartment, you will find yourself in a cozy living room that features a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV. On your right you will find the first toilet with a shower corner. Following the hallway on your left you will find yourself in a spacious modern kitchen with a glass dining table suitable for 6 people. The modern and fully equipped kitchen features everything from a microwave, coffee maker machine to a wine glasses, to ensure you have everything you need to cook your own meals comfortably at home. The kitchen/dining area has an entrance to a small balcony facing inner courtyard, therefore is really quiet and has a traditional Italian atmosphere. The apartment features three bedrooms. Two of the are located on the first floor and the last one located on the upper floor with less than 15 steps to climb. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third one features two single ones. First master bedroom features a stylish study table and a wardrobe where you can store your clothes. The second master bedroom with two single beds located on the main floor features a small drawer wardrobe. The upper master bedroom has available storage space next to the stairs. The whole place is equipped with A/C systems in every room and free wi-fi.

Real good flat, clean and great Serious electrical problems, you can’t turn on more than 3 air conditioners at the same time because the electrical system falls down
