The cottage is well-equipped with a lounge featuring a TV, and guests benefit from WiFi connectivity throughout their stay. Parking is generously available directly at the house, with space for up to 5 cars, accessible via a mountain road. This charming 6-room vacation rental cottage extends across 4 levels and offers approximately 140 m2 of living space, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The property is furnished in a warm and inviting country house style, blending spaciousness with a cosy, welcoming atmosphere throughout every floor.

On the upper floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a large living and dining room, complete with a flat screen satellite TV. This level also features 1 double bedroom, a separate dining room with a dining table, and a fully equipped large kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A bath and shower room along with a separate WC serve this floor, and a balcony exit allows you to enjoy the surrounding views.

On the 2nd upper floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, each equipped with its own satellite TV, as well as 1 double bedroom featuring a hand-basin and a shower with WC. A bath and shower room with a separate WC is also available on this level, and a balcony exit provides additional outdoor access.

The 3rd upper floor hosts 1 double bedroom with characterful sloping ceilings, a hand-basin, and a shower with WC. A balcony exit on this floor further enhances the sense of openness and connection to the natural surroundings.

Schönes Haus mit viel Platz

Einziger Nachteil: Haus liegt weit oben am Hang, zum Skibus ins Dorf 650m abwärts - geht eigentlich nur mit dem Auto. Im Dorf ist alles sehr eng und kaum Parkplätze. Wir sind deshalb immer mit dem Auto nach St. Anton gefahren - kostet 7€ pro Tag. Der Brötchendienst hat prima geklappt. Der Skiraum ist riesig und der Skischuhtrockner war prima
