The Mountain Garden Cottage. Private, quiet .. and close to absolutely everything! Enjoy Asheville, Biltmore, Hendersonville, Brevard, Waynesville, Weaverville and more. Less than two miles from airport, Ag Center fairgrounds and Sierra Nevada brewery. Unwind in the WNC Mountains in this comfortable three bedroom, two bath. This newly remodeled mountain home is the best place to vacation. Enjoy the amenities of AC, free WiFi, full kitchen and Dish TV. 3 bedrooms feature a King bed, a Queen and a twin bunk set. All bedrooms have blackout shades or drapes for a great nights sleep in this very quiet location. Living room has great sofas and art throughout the home to help make you feel right at home. And a huge front yard where we have recently added a fenced area. Our thoughtfully equipped full modern kitchen allows you to cook in if you choose to. But there are many great award winning restaurants nearby to choose from also. The spacious lot feels like an estate and is not visible from primary road adding to the privacy of this special location. Paved Lane with just 3 houses. We are your neighbor when we are here. During season we are happy to share our veggie garden with you and tour our extensive flower gardens. Your pet is happily considered with a small pet fee. We have recently completed a totally fenced front yard space. Book us now! We have owned vacation rental homes for 20 years in St. Augustine, Fl with 100's of 5 star reviews ( #408813 and 726115). Although this is our first mountain rental we have lived in this region for almost 30 years and are happy to be able to offer you a vacation rental in the mountains of western North Carolina and we look forward to hosting you at your home away from home in the mountains. Pet dogs are considered with a $100 pet fee. no cats.

The house was exceptionally clean and the neighborhood was so quiet. It can be a little tricky finding the property at night and in the rain, but Deborah gave excellent directions so we found it quickly. I'd definitely stay here again!

Great home very convenient to the WNC Ag Center and airport yet feels tucked away and very quiet when you're in and around the home. Convenient to grocery, necessity shopping, some neighborhood restaurants, and an excellent bakery. Owners were extremely nice and responsive, and live right there with a beautiful large yard for kids to run around. We usually shy away from places that allow pets due to cleanliness and allergies but this home was extremely clean and if there had been pets before, we never would have known. We'll be back next year!

Cute Cottage Close to Asheville Airport

The cottage is in a quiet, rural area. We loved that it was less than two miles from the Asheville Airport, very easy access for any early morning flight. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby in Fletcher and South Asheville. We loved the Fletcher Bakery around the corner. The property manager was very responsive and helpful for our questions. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
