"Very disappointing experience. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude from the moment I arrived and acted like helping guests was an inconvenience. The room smelled bad and did not feel clean or welcoming at all. Overall, the customer service was poor and the atmosphere was uncomfortable because the lady at the front desk seemed upset and rude the entire time. I would not stay here again."

"Room was fine. breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable. One serious issue I had with this stay was the day after I checked in, a $360 charge was made from the hotel to my credit card. That is a huge mistake that was not refunded until the next day. Very scary that I was the one who caught it, not the hotel. I wouldn't trust staying there a second time."

"From the looks of the furniture and fixtures I believe the property had recently been refurbished. The beds were comfortable. The shower was nice with plush towels. There was a large TV, frig, microwave, coffee maker all in the room. As usual breakfast was provided and this time I tried the Belgium waffles. Very good. This is a convenient location and very inviting"

"The staff was very kind and very helpful when needed however, when I first got there, I noticed the TV wasn’t working. There was some weird crumbs in the bed and the shower had stains in it. I wasn’t unhappy, but definitely would like to feel comfortable on taking a shower if needed. I got the TV fixed the remote needed batteries that wasn’t a big deal. Some of the random crumbs in the bed that was made for us was a little odd, but overall not too bad."

"Very basic hotel. The room was not cleaned during my stay (3 nights) and the breakfast was basic- bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. It was a fine stay but not super clean even when we arrived and we needed to wear shoes while in our room because the carpets were dirty."
