    Sunlight filters through wide windows as you settle into this 1920s Flagstaff home, a blend of timeless charm and comfort designed for peaceful mountain living.     The living room welcomes you with a spacious sectional sofa and a 50 inch HDTV with Netflix. Connect to the WiFi or unwind with board games and relaxed evenings by the coffee table. Soft light and cozy textures make this space a natural gathering spot.

host was quick to communicate, the hot tub was nice but it doesn't say in the listing that it's shared between all the units so it wasn't as private as we thought, parking was really tight, the one bathroom in the space being shared by both bedrooms was a bit annoying as we had to constantly check if someone was in there. overall had a very college apartment vibe but we just needed a place to stay and it worked for that.

Cute place!

We really enjoyed our stay! It's a great location near downtown in a really cute neighborhood. It was unclear from the initial post that the house was divided into multiple units but it didn't detract from our stay. The host had great communication throughout the process and we'd rent this place again in the future.

Stayed here with for 2 nights. Nice home. Very clean. Comfortable beds! Hot time was great and clean. Awesome gym space. We did not drive anywhere during our stay as food, local shops, event and all in the historic downtown area is walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Great place!

Overall we loved our stay! I should have read the listing a little closer. Key notes I missed is AC only in one bedroom, hot tub is shared, and TV only has streaming and not cable. Thankfully we went up on a cooler weekend so house didn’t get too warm. AC in bedroom worked great. Although we didn’t get around to using the hot tub or gym…..great features! The house was very cute and comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again! Perfect location!

The unit was mis-represented as having laundry and hot tub access. But the host failed to notify us that the laundry was out of order in advance of check-in. We got back from a 4 day hiking/camping trip and needed to do laundry--had to wear dirty clothes during our stay. The host failed to specify that the listing is for a SHARED hot tub--meaning shared with other unit(s). The hot tub was fully occupied by other guests during our stay. The unit was not cleaned properly, I found another guest's hair on the shower curtain. The parking space in the back is extremely narrow, and you have to share the parking lot with other unit(s), meaning the vehicles have to be staggered if you want to get into them. Overall, we feel like we got scammed into paying a lot of money per night for a place that lacked the key features advertised. Better to just book a hotel next time.
Found someone else's hair on the shower curtain. Unit not properly cleaned.

More info about the lack of AC would have been nice

House was very clean. The only problem was when We checked into this home and realized the inside of the house was hot. We looked all over for a thermostat and then realized the house does not have air conditioning. We tried to open windows but could only open 2 because the others were painted closed. We found 1 fan to circulate some air in one bedroom and the other room had a very small ceiling fan that didn’t do much so we opened the window in that room but it didn’t do much. We spent the night sweating and considered sleeping in the car with the AC on. Be sure if you stay here the temp outside is in the 70’s or you will be hot all night while trying to sleep. Neighborhood is good but on a busy corner so very loud especially if your windows are open.
