  • Enjoy an extended siesta at this sunny Southwestern retreat! Complete with an enclosed yard furnished for private outdoor living, this updated home also boasts a convenient central location close to great golf, MLB Spring Training facilities, and major sports venues offering endless options for entertainment. Groceries, restaurants, and retail shopping options are within a mile of the home. Just down the street, Corbell Park offers tons of great family-friendly amenities and facilities including a basketball court, soccer pitches, and a playground.

    Kick back on the covered lanai or soak up the sun out on the patio, and after the sun goes down, fire up the gas grill for an alfresco meal under the stars.

    Inside, gather in the main living area while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV, or relax with a good book on one of the twin sofas in the den. The gleaming full kitchen comes well-equipped with a deluxe suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for handling easy at-home meal prep. A dishwasher is also included for stress-free cleanup. Everyday home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

It was past check-in time and I still had not received any communication about the check-in details including the address I texted with no response and had to call. It didn’t feel very clean, dog hair on some of the beds and the sheets just didn’t feel washed.

Overall, we had a decent stay at this property, with a few hiccups that future guests may want to be aware of.When we arrived, the WiFi and TVs were not working. We reached out to the property management company and they responded, but the WiFi password we were initially given was still incorrect, which made settling in a bit frustrating after travel. Eventually we were able to sort it out, but it would have been helpful if everything had been updated and clearly communicated ahead of time.The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and plates, which was great for meals at the house. However, it was missing some basic essentials, such as a can opener, and there were only a few cups available. If you’re planning to cook regularly, you may want to bring a few small kitchen tools just in case.One of the highlights of the property is the backyard — it’s huge and offers a lot of space to spread out and relax. It’s definitely a strong feature of the home. That said, the outdoor furniture is quite weathered and worn, which takes away a bit from the overall experience. With some updating or refreshing, the outdoor space could truly be amazing.Overall, the home has good potential, especially with its spacious yard. With a bit more attention to maintenance and kitchen stocking, it could provide a much smoother experience for guests.

Perfect family retreat

We loved the different options keeping entertained, the back yard and deck is perfect for sitting and visiting into the night, the hot tub is well maintained and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We loved our stay!!

Great escape to the cool pines

Loved the size and location of this property. The large fenced back yard filled with tall pines was wonderful. The grandkids enjoyed exploring and running up and down the hill

The stay was very nice. The back yard was lovely and very welcoming. The family had a great deal of fun with the pool table losing to daddy (the litteral professional)all the time. My daughter's said the bunk bed was very uncomfortable.

Home away from home

Such a great homey vibe. My family could stay here forever. When we came in the neighbors welcomed us and helped us get into the home. Love sitting on the back patio listening to the birds and smelling the pine. Our mornings were even better after sleeping in the most comfortable bed and having a hot shower! We will be back soon!

The backyard was very nice and a very good neighborhood. The kitchen and equipment was good (other than the dish washer The pool table was fun but there is almost no lighting in that room. Usually a pool table has a light above it. We liked the hot tub.

Loved the hot tub, pool table, space and sledding hill right in the backyard. Minutes from snowbowl. Host and/or housekeeping just need to be attentive to damage or supplies between guest rentals.

Relaxation in the Mountains

This beautiful cabin is in a culdesac - and the property backs right up to the forest. The porch is incredible and there is NOTHING like sitting on the back porch breathing in the pines and feeling & hearing the wind rustle through the trees. It is the perfect place to truly relax and rejuvenate your soul. The culdesac is quiet and you will NOT want to leave when it is time to go home.

Pictures don't match reality

The house is nice, but not well taken care of. There was mold in the primary bathroom. When we arrived a neighbor came over to tell us he was supposed to do work on the roof. We came back from a day out to someone in the driveway - it was the spa cleaner we didn't know was coming. There were ants in the downstairs bathroom. The spa was slimy before the cleaner came. The outside furniture was falling apart to the point we weren't comfortable using it. Overall, it was not the house we expected to come to.

Nice deck for visiting. Stairs to bedrooms are steep and the downstairs bathroom needs work. House needs some TLC overall - deep cleaning (cobwebs) and new paint would make it feel a little more "homey."
