  • Adorable neighborhood, backing up to green space, with tall and mature pine trees. House has been upgraded with brand new flooring throughout, fresh paint, with a farmhouse style feel. All brand new furniture, bedding, and towels in summer 2022. Vaulted ceilings and chandeliers gives it a fresh cabin feel. Large outdoor deck overlooks the green space with a grill, table and chairs, and even an indoor fireplace. Kids bunkbed room, 2 car garage, heating and AC. Walking distance to playground and hiking trails. 7 minutes to downtown. Give us a try, you won't be disappointed.

We had a great time in this beautiful home nestled in the woods with nearby trails. The back deck was the perfect spot to relax and catch up with family.

Great house

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to snowbowl and drive to the house was easy even in snow. Would recommend to anyone considering this place.

Dining on the deck in the midst of the pines was fantastic. The house was very comfortable and the neighborhood was conducive to family walks.

Absolutely Beautiful!

This house was everything we had hoped for and more! We stayed Ashley’s property for a week during Christmas and loved it. The home was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is also perfect. We are already planning our next trip back!

A great getaway house!

We stayed here for my daughter's graduation from NAU after a recommendation from a friend. It worked out perfectly. There was plenty of room for everyone and the deck is the best part to enoy the weather and watch the squirrels!. Highly recommend!

Great for a big group!

Clean house in a beautiful neighborhood. We had a great weekend. Easy access to main roads and lots of restaurants. Easy day trip to the Grand Canyon from here. Owner quickly answered any questions. Definitely recommend!

We picked this home due to it's proximity to the local rodeo. Great home in a great neighborhood. Short/inexpensive Uber ride to downtown.

Just what we needed!

This house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and well stocked. We took advantage of the trail system behind the house and enjoyed the neighborhood parks. We wanted a house in the trees and this fit the bill perfectly. The hosts were very responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again!
