"This was a trip to celebrate my sons 18th bday and graduation. On arrival everything was nice, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Day#2 of 4 of the trip, we had an unfortunate event with a rat in my room. Situation wasn't handled with understanding from the Manager on duty, as well as others. Ruined our stay at the resort. "Deceived, booked based on pin for location but address not where pin indicated. no wifi, no help when asked, rubble littered lots all around. Washroom was horrible water park from washer and shower. Shower head did not work.it spewed from sides, cracked glass, can opener didn't work .Driveway to parking scraped bottom of car every time we entered. The intention is to take $ without giving an experience. Terrible"
