"I love the neighborhood. So many great restaurants!"

"O hotel é lindo! Acolhedor, limpo e a equipe bem simpática. Recomendo 100%"

"The staff was very nice and helpfull, really helped me with everything I needed. the location is near of everything, 15min from bus station, near from market and reastaurants, wi-fi was good, the rrom was clean, the bathroom is good and hot shower, the bed was very confortable, the breakfast was good, with eggs, and the lunch box was nice too."

"Excelente experiencia, hostal muy limpio y acogedor, sin duda volvería !"

"This was a beautiful property with a gorgeous lake and mountain view. Nice restaurant with a good buffet breakfast and tasty food on the menu for lunch or dinner. The sore point of our stay was at the very start we had a terrible encounter with one of the front desk staff- Yelkna. We were 8 persons (2kids) in 3 rooms and her tone was very abrasive and unnecessarily rude. Some of us only had e-copies of our PDI forms which we were able to email to the hotel but she still treated us harshly....

"We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was fantastic!"

"Very friendly front desk who were kind enough to set up our cab to the bus station for us. Extra big shoutout to our bartender and waiter (same guy) who was just wonderful!"

"No me gustó el trato de la recepcionista."

"Muy cómodo y bueno"

"Lee and his wife were wonderful hosts! The hotel was very clean and tidy!"

"A good clean apartment I will stay again here."

"Friendly staff, great location... perfecto!"

"El hotel estuvo muy bien! Las chicas de recepción siempre muy amables y atentas, las encargadas de desayuno también, desde muy temprano; la cama muy cómoda, descansábamos muy bien luego de los días de tours muy demandantes :) La ubicación excelente, todo cerca caminando. Totalmente recomendado."

"The staff was extremely helpful and were super nice, very clean, a bit backwards in term of charging points to cell phones , internet wifi excellent !maintenance of the property was lacking , broken windows, 110 electrical plug not working , pool not working and no notice on the website,"
