As described, clean , compact, great for what we went for Bempton Ciffs and Flamborough Head , with coastal walks.Did not use village facilities so unable to comment , would visit again.

Lovely stay at a very unusual location. Its a small village built on old Butlins site. Easy access to beach and lovely walk into filey on the beach if you time it right with the tides

Home from home…!

As soon as i drive into the entrance of the Bay…I feel myself relax…I can’t recommend this apartment enough…it really is home from home…The apartment has everything you need for an amazing stay…the host has thought of everything…even down to leaving treats for my dog…Highly recommend a visit…You won’t be disappointed.

Lovely base for visiting family in the area. Only drawback was finding parking close to flat when arriving back in the evening. Space was found a couple of blocks away.

Excellent location

Easy booking process, easy instructions for entering the property. Close to site amenities and close to excellent beach. Had a problem with TV but Lucy couldn’t do enough to rectify. Thanks for a lovely stay 👍

Short break

Upstairs apartment, good location on complex - not far from amenities. Nice light room with kitchenette, good bathroom and larger than expected bedroom with double bed (a king size bed would be more fitting and appreciated). Had a lovely short stay. Would recommend.

Highly recommend.

Can’t recommend this apartment highly enough. Decided to spend Christmas at the coast…I can’t thank the host enough, for making our visit so special. The apartment was decorated for Christmas and there was even a present left for us to open…The apartment is definitely home from home. Will be booking to visit again very soon.

Lovely apartment had everything I needed I forgot to leave my pass and the owner was lovely when she phoned to see if I had it Sent it back but she was lovely about my forgetfulness

The apartment is furnished and decorated in good taste and very clean. The complex has a nice pub a resaurant only a few minutes walk away. The beautiful year round dog friendly Bay beach is 10 minutes walk away. Filey a 10 minute drive away and the famous Pie bald Inn 5 minute drive away. Pie Bald Inn has 52 pies to choose from and one for your dog. Would we stay at this appartment again? Most definitely, what is there not to love.

Lovely apartment. It was clean, warm and well equipped. We both had a brilliant night’s sleep because of the memory foam mattress. Lucy was very friendly and helpful when we contacted her about the dishwasher (our stupidity😂! ). Would recommend and would love to stay here again.

A great little property, cosy, warm and clean. The bed was comfy and it’s a nice touch to have towels supplied. The treats for the dog and welcome note is also a nice added extra

Brilliant dog friendly location

Myself, my partner and our 6 month year old Cocker Spaniel puppy loved this apartment. It was in a brilliant location, close to the beach and Filey centre. The village had a decent pub with good food and drinks and plenty of activities. It was extremely dog friendly! Our host was brilliant and her apartment is ideal, with all the equipment you would need and extras such as nowtv and even dog biscuits for Daisy. We will definitely come back, although Daisy might be too big for the apartment soon!

Everything in the flat we needed and the whole estate in which the flat is situated is beautifully maintained and made attractive with shrubs etc.

A perfect apartment

A lovely apartment with absolutely everything you could need - very comfortable + spotless Just me + my dog on this little vacation + we had a great time The little treats on arrival were very kind - including Kit Kats + dog biscuits A great location with easy access to Filey Bay beach which is beautiful + lots of other nice places close by just an easy drive up + down the coast - one afternoon we went to Flamborough Head up on the cliffs to watch the seals in one of the coves

A lovely modern apartment

I had a great stay in this lovely apartment it was cosy and warm and had everything you could need for a short stay. Loved that both TVs had loads of channels and access to Netflix etc. I wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Loved it!

Stayed 4 nights, thoroughly enjoyed it. If you own a dog this is the place to be. Very dog friendly. Found a fabulous pub in nearby village called The Piebald xxx heaven!
