Welcome to Len's Sandy Collection - A stunning combination of three properties on the Bay Filey - available to book as one for large groups and to secure a discount!

All three properties are owned by Caroline and Family and by booking guests can sleep up to 18 in 3 nearby sister properties. (note these are about a 2 minute walk from each other)
Len's Lookout

Welcome to Len's Lookout - one of the finest and largest properties on The Bay Filey with panoramic views of Filey Bay.

Featuring downstairs bedroom, shower room, huge kitchen, balcony with sea view, patio, log burner and stunning master suite - this is truly a special home from home and really is suitable for "something special".

Enter through the side porch door into the spacious hallway with cloaks / storage and family football table. To the side is a double bedroom with patio doors and ensuite shower room.

Continue across the hallway through to the living room. There is a lovely fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer, oven/hob, microwave and washing machine.

Off the kitchen is a dining area with plenty of room for 8 people (2 additional dining chairs provided) which leads to the stunning lounge area

The lounge area features a log burner, multiple large comfortable sofas, sofa bed (ideal for children not adults) and bifold doors onto the large patio with seating and amazing access to the field - ideal for kids to play.

Upstairs there is the stunning main bedroom suite with a kingsize bed with an ensuite shower room, seating area with bifold doors onto the wide expansive balcony with views to The Sea and beyond.

There are 2 further bedrooms - one double and one twin. These share a large family bathroom.

There's a parking space for two cars and other spaces nearby for further vehicles.

Sandy Collection

Welcome to the Sandy collection featuring Sandy Feet Retreat and Sandy Bay Hideaway. Both are detached beach houses making this combination an ideal choice for large families! Both houses are part of The Bay Filey holiday village - with pool and beach access nearby!

Sandy Bay Collection beach houses are both located in the centre of the village, close to the beach, tennis court, playground and village centre. Enjoy two spacious south facing terraces with long dog leads for your favourite friends to relax in the sun!

For each house - enter through the step free door into the hallway with storage for shoes and coats. To your left are the master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, and the second bedroom with two single beds.

There is also another shower room with jack-and-jill doors.

To the right is the open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge space with sumptuous leather sofas and SMART TV (with Netflix, amazon prime, Apple TV etc - bring your own logins). Exit through the large bifold doors to the deck with seating, ideal for alfresco dining or sitting out whilst the children play outside.

We leave a few games for our guests to use. The log burner makes this beach house warm and cosy for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.
