The property was in excellent condition and had everything we needed. Lovely touches such as welcome basket, branded towels and everything you needed in the kitchen / bathrooms. Great hosts and good communication. Would highly recommend.

Really lovely stay in this excellent lodge, on a super site. It was extremely well equipped, with lovely touches like free tea and coffee and a hamper containing wine, peanuts etc, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated.Perfect location, we travelled with 2 dogs who loved the beach.We would not hesitate to stay again.

Just Beachy was. perfect for our family of 4 (2 grown up children!) and our sprocker spaniel. It was spotlessly clean and really comfortable! The 2 bathrooms were much appreciated with 4 adults. We have stayed at The Bay a few times but this was spot on for location and quality of accommodation

Fabulous lodge. Great location with easy access to the beach and beyond. Clean and well stocked.We ventured out to the Flamborough, Scarborough and into Filey. Good communication. Comfortable beds too.Can not wait to return Five star stay!!Thank you again

Very similar to all of the other comments. A beautiful property in a fantastic location so close to the beach. The owners have thought of everything that you’d need for a stress free break. This is definitely a 5* property which we plan to visit again.

The place was beautiful easy to find everything were you needed it clean and tidy .. I am a it disabled I could walk down the lane to the round about to the beach no further so I never got to see the beach there which was a shame but all good

Having stayed in other properties at "The bay" this has to be one of the best. Close to the beach and swimming pool. Everything that you could need in the property was available. The two en suite bathrooms were really useful with children. The little hamper was a lovely touch. We would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely mother & daughter break at this lovely beach house. A great base for our holiday. My only criticism- nothing to do with the accommodation- but the pub food wasn’t that great. We had to go further afield.

Just Beachy was great choice for our short break, just as description and pictures had said. All enquiries were responded to quickly by the owners. Welcome hamper had some really nice treats in.
