Room is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, 46” flat screen TV with Roku device for your entertainment needs. You'll also find controllable wall AC/heat units, lightning-fast WiFi, steamers, a cozy dining area with a small table and chairs, and 12 cup coffee makers to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. There are shared amenities like kayaks, balconies, porch swings, fire pits, beaches, yard games, play structures, loungers, outdoor furniture, grills and so much more!

To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.

The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

* Signing of rental agreement

* ID and selfie uploads

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to 1 private suite at Fife Lake Lodge. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities are on-site party store with necessities, liquor & snacks, kayak rentals during summer months (subject to availability), fire pit, yard games & shared patio. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with exterior Ring video cameras and Noise monitor decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Devices do not have recording features).

Exploring the surrounding areas may require a vehicle, as public transportation options might be limited.

• Kayaks: Available 8AM - 8PM (Memorial Day to Nov 1st). Rental fees apply. Waiver required.

• Requests: Pack n' Play or stair gate (upon request).

• Firewood not provided.

• You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes:

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).

-10% off for stays 7+ nights

-20% off for stays 30+ nights

• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

• **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**.

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO).

• Pets:

-$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).
