BED & BATH

Settle into this cozy hotel-style room with a private entrance. In the main room, there are two queen-sized beds, perfect for larger families who want a comfortable stay. Attached is a private, ensuite washroom with a tub. The bathroom comes fully-stocked with fluffy towels and local bath products, including Soco Soap shampoo/ body wash. There is also a fridge and microwave available for those who want to make a quick meal on the go or store leftovers.

IMPORTANT: In all lock-off units like this one, the strata forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves that are already provided.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.

Everything was as stated in the add. The place was clean, close to all things and easy to find. The level of communication was great and questions I had were answered in a timely manner.

Good experience

The place was very well kept. Clean. Location was perfect for us as we hiked up the spineback trail at the Island lake lodge. Took 3 minutes to get to downtown from the property. There were issues with "deposit" through a 3rd party, but the host responded and resolved our issues immediately. The experience was good and i would stay there again for some playing in the mountains. Fernie is a great little town to explore. Beautiful scenery.

This is not an alternative to a hotel room!

The unit was not clean and the carpet was filthy! Also it was really cold as there is only a tiny baseboard for the whole unit! The people who live in the rest of the condo have a young child and they are really noisy, we could hear every word they said and they woke us up at 6 am! The place hasn’t even got the most basic amenities, we couldn’t even have a glass of water or make some ice cubes! The fridge is noisy and frosted up! There is a remote for Shaw cable but no service! All in all a very disappointing stay and overpriced for what is provided! We could have stayed in a hotel for less money and had a way better experience! Hotels.com shouldn’t be putting this place on their website as an alternative to a hotel room it is really only any good for a bunch of people looking for somewhere to crash!

Perfect!

Very small and cute! Perfect for a group of 4 of us. No air conditioning so I’d recommend bringing a fan for some air flow. All the stores were sold out! It was cool enough in the evenings though so we just kept the windows open! Other then that it was perfect.
