Welcome to your mountain retreat at Silver Rock Condos in Fernie. This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers comfort, convenience, and access to great amenities, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.

The open living area features a cozy seating space with a TV and a gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The dining area has a table that seats four, perfect for meals or game nights. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances, along with oil, salt, pepper, and a small jar of coffee beans to get you started. A stackable washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen for your convenience.

The primary bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The second bedroom features a bunk bed with a queen mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. For safety, only small children should use the upper bunk. Fresh sheets are available in the closet. The main bathroom also includes a tub and shower combination, plush towels, locally made hand soap and body wash, and a hairdryer.

Step outside onto the private patio, where you will find a BBQ and a small seating area overlooking the parking lot.

Silver Rock Condos offers a range of amenities to enhance your stay. Guests have access to an indoor heated pool, a hot tub, a sauna, and a fully equipped fitness center. The building also features heated underground parking for added convenience, as well as an elevator for easy access to the unit. Ski and bike storage are available, making it a great option for outdoor enthusiasts year-round.

Whether you are visiting Fernie for skiing, hiking, mountain biking, or simply to relax, this condo offers a comfortable and well-equipped home base for your stay.

Important Notice!!! The pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room area is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by the Spring of 2026. Construction crews will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and construction noise is expected during these hours.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.

Good location, not clean

We arrived late in the evening and discovered that the floor had not been vacuumed and the sheets on the bunkbeds had not been changed. The kids had to sleep in the dirty sheets in the bunkbeds for the first night. However, the property manager was responsive and had the condo cleaned the next day.

On arrival, one of the beds did not have bedding on it. I was simply told it was in the closet, and therefore to make it myself, which was unexpected but doable. My son found a unfired shotgun shell/bullet on the floor. The entire light fixture (not just the light cover) on the ceiling above the bunkbed fell on my daughters head as she was leaning over the bunk. The bolt securing the fixture to the ceiling came out and hit her on her head. I messaged the company to tell them and let them know that the fixure was haning from the ceiling only by the electric cords. They asked if someone could just come the next day to fix it. Thankfully it was only hanging over the foot of the bottom bunk bed so my child could still sleep there. The next day when someone came to fix it, he asked "no one got hurt right?", and I said well it fell on my daughters head, and he looked at her and said "oh, but you are fine, right?" There seemed to be no real concern for any of the above.

This is a great property! We were pleasantly surprised by the queen sized bunk bed and underground parking. AC is a must in the summer months and we know from experience not all resorts have it. AC worked well and everyone was comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed and has all the basic stuff you need. In suite washer and dryer is nice to allow you wash clothes so you don’t have to pack as much. Will definitely try to visit again next year!!!

Beautiful Condo

The condo is exactly as described. The place was very clean and comfortable. Very pleased with the cookware, dishes, beds, pillows, etc. The place was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Close to the ski hill and sledding trails. Great location. We will definitely be back!

Ski weekend

Unit is as advertised and as the pictures present. Very comfortable beds and the unit is well equipped to make your stay enjoyable. More than enough room for the 5 of us, 4 adults and 1 child. Definitely would book this space again next time we come to Fernie.
