  • The municipality of Feldafing is located in the midst of the beautiful landscape of the Starnberger Fünfseenland. The unspoilt lakeshore with the Lenné Park and the Roseninsel (Rose Island) invite you to take relaxing walks and enjoy cultural sights. The historic lido offers an enchanting bathing backdrop and a cosy restaurant all year round. The village itself presents many little surprises, its surroundings a multitude of sights, cultural experiences and leisure opportunities.

    Our small, exquisitely furnished holiday flat for one to two people, which is attached to our detached house like a granny flat, is located in a very quiet residential area. We have furnished it with much love. Peace and relaxation are included thanks to the romantic four-poster bed, a cosy dining area and a sofa with a view of the small dragonfly pond.

    We are an absolute non-smoking house.

    The flat is located on the western outskirts of Feldafing, 2.5 km to the B2 (Munich-Garmisch). S-Bahn, café, supermarket 1 km away, to the lake 1,5 km.

    The S-Bahn to Munich is a 10-minute walk away.

    The Bavarian capital Munich can be reached in 45 minutes, the famous Benedictine monastery Andechs in 15 minutes and the skiing and hiking area Garmisch in 60 minutes. Very close to the house, walking paths lead through the beautiful countryside and the nearest towns.
    The holiday flat is attached to our residential house like a granny annexe. You have your own entrance, even your own little garden door, and in your flat you are all to yourself. However, we are happy to be there for you if you need anything.

    Our holiday flat is 40 sqm, is located in a quiet residential area and has been lovingly furnished. Peace and relaxation are included thanks to the romantic four-poster bed, a cosy dining area and a sofa with a view of the small dragonfly pond.

    The flat has space for 2 people and has a hallway, bathroom with shower and washing machine, self-contained kitchen and a living/bedroom.

    Parking space on the street directly in front of the house.
    If you bring your own bicycles, they can be parked on the property.
    Check-in is at 3 p.m., check-out at 10 a.m.

Eine wunderschöne, ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach München oder an den Starnberger See.Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und jede Anfrage wird sehr schnell beantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .

Schöne und ruhige Unterkunft

Prima Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Highlight war der Garten und die Terrasse mit Blick auf einen Teich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einfach und unkompliziert. Gerne immer wieder!

Die Umgebung Starnberger See und Ammersee war sehr schön. Man hatte viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung an sich war nicht schlecht. Es müsste jedoch kurzfristig mal wieder eine Renovierung erfolgen. Vor allem die Küche war runtergewirtschaftet und marode. Am unerträglichsten war der muffige und modrige Geruch, was auf eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Wohnung schließen lässt. Die Nachtwäsche die tagsüber zum Lüften auf dem Bett lag, war abends richtig feucht. Nach diesem Urlaub blieb einem nichts weiter übrig, als die gesamte Kleidung zu waschen, auch die unbenutzte. Die wunderschöne Terrasse war leider nicht nutzbar, da keine ordentlichen Auflagen vorhanden waren, nur zwei kleine Sitzkissen. Die anderen Terrassenmöbel waren verwittert, ebenso wie die dauerhaft ein Stück ausgefahrene Markise, bei der die Farbe nicht mehr feststellbar war - sie hatte auch schon Risse. Der Preis für diese Wohnung ist viel zu hoch - das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Feldafing-Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Umgebung (Starnberger See, Park in Feldafing) hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einzig Feldafing selbst war für uns ungewohnt. Hier ist vieles durch die Villen abgeschottet, daher viele Sackgassen und im Wohngebiet sind wenig Leute unterwegs. Das sind wir nicht gewohnt. Von daher gab es wegen der Lage und Umgebung einen Stern Abzug. Auch werden wir Feldafing deswegen nicht mehr als Urlaubsziel wählen.
