  • Apartamento situado en primera línea del mar con fantàsticas vistas sobre la playa de Cala Marsal . El. Apartamento consta de dos habitaciones dobles, con dos camas individuales cada una de ellas, baño con bañera, salon comedor con cocina, terraza con unas vistas a la cala impresionantes. Se accede directamente a la playa desde unas escaleras del inmueble. A escasos metros disponen de un supermercado y varios restaurantes y bares. Porto Colom está ubicado en el sud este de Mallorca. Durante el siglo XX fue un puerto de pesca, un edificio que lo simboliza es la Lonja. Porto Colom es uno de los pocos puertos naturales de la isla deMallorca.

Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage, es fand sich immer ein Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieterin ist super nett. Der große Balkon mit Sonne am Morgen ist super.

Amazing place right on the beach

Amazing place right on the beach, nice view, clean, and most importantly, the host is amazing! We were greeted in person and given many good tips in exploring the neighborhood. The restaurant downstairs (Bio) is very good too. We are looking forward to visit again!

Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Zeit in dem Apartment. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Aussicht vom Balkon war traumhaft. Maria hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Mooi appartement op een fantastische plek!

Liefdevol en enthousiast ontvangen door de host Maria in haar prachtige appartement, vlakbij Cala Marcal. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en de omgeving ook. Heerlijke restaurantjes onder het appartement, supermarkt in de buurt en in de omgeving veel mooie dingen te zien en te beleven. Aanrader!

Toller Blick auf das Meer

Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage und einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Der Strand ist vor der Tür. Maria ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und es war alles vorhanden, was man für ein paar Tage braucht.

Cosy Apartment With a Great Terrace

Very good apartment in an excellent location for Cala Marcal & Porto Colom. The beach is right on your doorstep and Porto Colom is a pleasant stroll away. The apartment is cosy and had everything we needed and Maria was always very helpful and timely with responses to our queries and questions. We had a lovely week at Cala Marcal

Das Appartement hat mir sehr gut gefallen, Bad und Schlafräume waren renoviert. Die Küche war noch nicht renoviert, was uns aber nicht gestört hat . Der Wohnraum hat man einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer und den Strand .

As other reviewers have noted, the view of the beach from the apartment is fantastic. But a good rental is more than a view. We do not recommend this place for families with young children. The apartment sits above bars and restaurants that blast loud music past 1AM — a real problem with young kids. But if you like to party late into the night, join in the fun.More seriously, the AC unit, which is advertised as an amenity, was broken before we arrived — a fact confirmed by the owner's own electrician, who said it had been non-functional for some time. We had no air conditioning for our entire 5-night stay during a European heatwave. Because we had to keep windows open to stay cool, our 1-year-old was badly bitten by mosquitoes, and the nighttime noise made sleep nearly impossible for our children.When we raised the issue, the owner was slow to act and later changed her story about what happened. VRBO ultimately issued us a substantial refund over the owner's objections — which says something in itself.The view is real. So is everything else.

Top Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet, neues Bad und mit einem tollen Blick auf den Strand vom Balkon. Die Lage ist perfekt. Nur die Treppe runter und man steht direkt am Strand. Zu Fuß sind Restaurants, Shops oder der Hafen leicht zu erreichen. Klare Weiterempfehlung! Wir haben zu viert in gewohatten genug Platz. Klare Weiterempfehlung
