Enjoy an unforgettable holiday by the sea in our charming flat for four "Posidonia", located just a few steps from the beach of Cala Marçal in Mallorca.

Our accommodation offers the perfect combination of comfort and tranquillity, with a sunny terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sound of the sea. The terrace, equipped with a table for four people and an awning to protect you from the warm Mallorcan sun, is ideal for leisurely breakfasts before starting your day at the beach.

Inside, the flat is characterised by its brightness and cosy design. The living room, which opens onto the terrace, has two comfortable sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning to ensure your comfort. The kitchen, decorated in a charming Mediterranean style in shades of blue and white, is fully equipped with everything you might need. There is also a table for four people, perfect for those times when you prefer to enjoy your meals indoors.

The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. Both rooms are bright and cosy, with the twin room offering ample wardrobe space to store your belongings. The spacious bathroom with a luxurious shower complements the comfortable experience.

Located on the first floor of a small community of flats in Cala Marçal, Felanitx, our flat is perfect for families. Just 80 metres from the beach and surrounded by amenities such as a small supermarket, children's playground and local restaurants, the accommodation offers the perfect combination of tranquillity and convenience. Just 1 km away, you will find Portocolom, a picturesque fishing village with shops, restaurants and a variety of activities. Palma is 65km from the accommodation.
Explore the wonders of the southeast of Mallorca, ideal for discovering coves and enjoying a unique experience by the sea.

Electricity: 100 kw included per week. Rest: 0.25 euros/kWh, Deposit: 100 euros/week.

Great place for relaxed holidays

The apartment is large and the description fully fits to what we've got. The owner is very nice and attentive, minor issues could be resolved quickly. Thanks again for all your help! The place is good if you want to discover south/south west of the island, in case you want to go further north to the mountains, the drives can become quite long.

Were cancelled at short notice

3 days before arrival we (family with a 2 year old child) were informed by email that the accommodation had cancelled our stay due to overbooking. We then had to find something new on our own for an exorbitant price. A nice start to the holidays...
