Relax on the Baltic Sea: charming vacation apartment for the whole family!

We are very pleased that you are interested in our small vacation home on Fehmarn in Niendorf, very close to the island’s capital, Burg. Our “Feerjenkate” has been recently renovated and features a total of two rooms (a living room on the first floor and a bedroom on the upper floor), an open-concept kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, you’ll find a small lawn, a parking space on the property, and a fenced-in sun terrace. The living room is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps two), an LED TV (with satellite connection and HD+), and a fireplace.
In the kitchen, you’ll find a stove with a ceramic cooktop, a basic oven, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher, as well as a small dining area that seats up to four people. For families with young children, we’re happy to provide a high chair free of charge upon request.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a cozy double bed with high-quality mattresses measuring 210 cm x 100 cm and a bunk bed for one child (ages 6 and up). We’re also happy to provide a travel crib here free of charge.

You can use Wi-Fi throughout the house free of charge (DSL 16,000).

For our youngest guests, we have a bunk bed available on the upper floor. At a height of about 2.4 meters, our youngest guests have a wonderful view down to the upper floor and can retreat to their own bunk with a power outlet (child-proofed!) and their own light switch. The patio area is completely fenced in and offers plenty of space to even go full speed in a Bobby Car. In the immediate vicinity (about 20 meters away), you’ll also find a small playground for the kids to run around. In Westerbergen (a maximum of 15-minute drive away), there’s an ideal beach for the little ones. In a small cove, you can walk up to 200 meters into the sea, and the water never gets deeper than knee-deep.
Of course, a travel crib and a high chair are provided free of charge. Child-safe outlets are installed throughout the house. The upper floor also has a stair gate. In the other areas, we ask that you use them responsibly. Never let your young children play unsupervised on the upper floor or near the stairs.
Dogs are welcome guests in our vacation home. We provide food and water bowls for your four-legged friends. The patio area is fenced in, so your dog cannot simply run out onto the street. Please understand that when staying with a dog, the cleaning fees will be slightly higher, and the rugs and runners shown in the photos will be removed before your arrival out of consideration for other guests with allergies. We assume it goes without saying that dogs are not allowed on upholstered furniture or beds, and that after swimming in the ocean, the dog should stay on the patio to dry off.
