Our newly decorated home is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with quick access to all Fayetteville has to offer! With room for 8 guests, our home is perfect for you and your crew to enjoy NWA.



Upon entering our home, you'll walk down a long hallway leading to our open concept living, dining and kitchen area. To the right you'll see our main living area, which is perfect for enjoying conversation with friends, snuggling up to watch a movie on the 55-inch Hitachi Roku Smart TV or diving into a good book. To the left, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, featuring state-of-the-art appliances, a large island with barstool seating and all the necessary amenities for cooking, baking, and making that perfect cup of coffee. Here, you'll also find the first of our two dining areas. Our six-person dining table is the perfect place to enjoy a home cooked meal or take out.



Back down the hallway toward the front door, you'll find our second dining area. Here, you'll find a poker table topper that can be placed on top of the dining table for the ultimate game night! Choose from Hogopoly, Uno, Dominoes, Clue, Connect 4, Risk, Cadoo, What Do You Meme, and more!



Upstairs you'll find our second living room, which has a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV, giant bean bag, pouf and daybed with two Twin mattresses. This is a perfect space for the kids to play!



At the end of the day, choose from one of our FIVE bedrooms:

(1) Our Primary bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, desk area, 50-inch Phillips Smart TV and en suite bath with free-standing tub.

(2) Our second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet and en suite bath.

(3) Our third bedroom has a Full-size bed, closet, small desk area and shared bath.

(4) Our fourth bedroom has Queen-size bed, closet, window seat and shared bath.

(5) Our fifth bedroom also has a Queen-size bed, closet, window seat and shared bath.



Out back, enjoy our fully outfitted outdoor living space! Our covered patio is host to a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV, tons of seating, a large picnic table, a BBQ grill and string lights. In our large fenced-in yard, you'll find a fire pit with Adirondack seating. This is the ideal place to unwind after a long day exploring NWA! In the garage, you will also have access to our ping pong table, dart board, and 2 bikes!



Hop in the car or on your bike for a quick ride to experience Centennial Park, the University of Arkansas campus, Downtown Fayetteville and more! All of Fayetteville's hot spots are at your fingertips.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

★ Not pet-friendly.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
