The day of check in.. I paid the last installment the day of (as what was required) myself nor the VRBO customer service representatives could contact said host for check in information. It wasnt until a failed reservation was made at a Holiday Inn express. I finally get to the Holiday inn when im assured by staff the hotel was fully booked and there was "no way there was a reservation made for here". Sure enough.. it was booked for thursday August 1st. I still have this email. Finally after another hour and a half on hold and on the phone with VRBO, I get myself and my children into a hotel room for the night at 11:15pm. Still two days later (the length of what was originally supposed to be our stay time, we never received any other information about the site.

On arrival they were mopping up water from washer with towels we were to use for our stay. We were a family of 4 and there was only a futon to sit on in living room. When we ate, two people had to stand because there were only two seats at the island. They did not supply any glasses for drinks other than wine glasses. Flatware consisted of 3 forks, 3 spoons, 4 butter knives and 2 tablespoons. No bakeware at all.
