Charming 1 bedroom, 1 bath private studio apartment in friendly, quiet neighborhood that’s great for evening strolls or a morning jog. 4 miles from Trilith Entertainment Village and downtown Fayetteville. 10 miles from Atlanta Hartsfield-Airport. We are pet friendly with large outside lot and fenced in dog area. Pool time is available during summer months of June-September for additional fee at scheduled times only at guests preference. All information on pool is in suite manual and availability is scheduled on or around arrival. Sleeps 4 with comfortable queen size bed, couch in living room and full sized air mattress. TVs in both bedroom and living room with high-speed internet. Coffee, tea and bottled water included with amenities. This is a double unit occupancy completely separate to each other on the 1st level of a 3 story property on 2 acres. No stairs and easy access. You will hear the light sounds of the everyday living and their pets from the tenants upstairs. We are easy going hosts, quick to respond and go out of our way to try and ensure a wonderful stay.
