    Our 1950s cottage has been thoughtfully renovated and recently refreshed while keeping the cozy charm that makes it feel like home. This place is so cute and the location next to the University of Arkansas is so perfect!!! The house was incredibly clean and had everything you could need. We’ll definitely stay here again!!!

Really sweet spot, exactly as described. The hosts were easy to work with and communicative. We had several activities at the university & it was easy access to the school plus exploring Fayetteville. It was a great spot to relax & recharge. We’ll be back.

Great attention to details for all creature comforts, comfortable, clean and very responsive hosts. Beds sure comfortable and location close to the university. Kitchen well stocked with tools to cook. Would highly recommend!!

We loved this cottage while in town for a Razorback game! It was an easy walk to campus. The cottage had everything we needed. Great hosts!

Perfect Mom’s weekend getaway

Excellent in every way! Clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable, lots of towels, and practically on campus. Will definitely be staying again in the future!

Fantastic property and amazing owners!! Very quick walk to Maples or the stadium, the property is so well kept and the whole process was amazing. This will be the property I stay at for the duration of my daughter's college experience.

Cozy cottage is a perfect name for this gem!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your adorable cottage. Everything was perfect, furniture and beds comfy, kitchen was amazing & the delicious little treat from Rick's that was left for us in the fridge was just the cherry on top! It was a great location & parking was very convenient! We highly recommend your cottage!
