For hiking enthusiasts, there are numerous trails with magnificent scenery to explore around the villa. For horseback riders, Villa Bellevue serves as a stopover or starting point for your rides, with meadows adjacent to the estate where horses can graze. Finally, the Piège Plateau is an exceptional spot for stargazing in the summer, free from light pollution. A stay here offers the chance to explore four departments: Aude, Ariège, Haute-Garonne, and Tarn. The 60-square-meter house is a single-story home; it is modern and bright thanks to the two large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area. It opens onto a living room featuring a seating area and a fully equipped, open-concept kitchen. There is a first bedroom with a 140-size bed and a second bedroom with two 80-size beds that can be joined together. A separate bathroom (shower).
